Most local new car dealerships show up in a Gregg County judicial records search at least a few times, perhaps 2 to 5 consumer-related cases overall. Far and away, the most numerous cases have been racked up by the local Mitz***** dealership......... However, Lively Cadillac has exactly ZERO cases for, or against, consumers. That's right: A clean record, and that's somewhat rare for auto dealerships. This speaks very well for the dealership. They either treat their customers right from the get-go, or, if there is a problem, they make it right.......... After my recent experience with one of those old-school, high-pressure, plaid-suit jokes of an auto dealership, I will be sure and visit Lively the next time I'm in the market. As I recall, they also seem to keep a good supply of clean, late-model used vehicles of most every make, model, and style. (Smart, very smart.)

There have been two substantial rains since our purchase and it has an OBVIOUS leak. Now there is water in the floorboard and the passenger side carpet is SOAKED. I have reached out to the dealership to address this and we have received NO HELP or resolution. They have NO intention of taking care of the customer after a sale. You would be better off and wise to AVOID Orr altogether! I DO NOT and WILL NOT recommend these folks!

I chose Tower of Honda because they had the largest inventory of the Civic EX. My grandfather and I did thorough research of the prices of the them before going to the dealership. When we walked into the dealership, the salesmen were very friendly. After talking for alittle bit, our sales man brought back a price for the Civic Ex, and it was $3,000 higher than the MSRP for that trim model. After talking and setting things straight, we were able to get a fair price on the car. I was not impressed with the way things were handled at the start, but after talking with the sales manager we were able to clear things up and I found the perfect car for me! Also, the financing guy was extremely pushy. I turned down any warranty/financing through Honda, and after making myself very clear on it, he continued to talk about it the entire time we were in his office. All this being said, Tower of Honda had a GREAT selection of cars, my visit just wasn't up to standards with customer service.

I took my 2019 escape to have the three dashboard warning lights repaired. They kept my car for two…read morenights and presented me with an estimate of $1800 which included two tires that I did not need. They never told me the diagnostic would cost me $200 but I opted for another mechanic to fix the warning lights for half the price. My advice is to find out what the cost of the diagnostic is before you leave your car for three days. I was denied by Doug a refund of half of the diagnostic and that may be standard for them, but it is a bad policy for me not to know upfront what the diagnostic was going to cost.

Almost chastised for not getting Gap Insurance.. then the pitch for an extended warranty that has 1 yr of bumper to bumper and 3 yrs of drivetrain. I can always get an extended warranty...like they don't call or recieve mail every other day for one. Lol! The dastardly deed had to do with the bent wheel on the vehicle that wasn't recognized nor disclosed at the time of sale and when contacted, the only response I recieved was "we hope you enjoy your car" got the text saved. Normally that wouldn't bother me but the fact that they put new tires on this car and didnt disclose. Got the lust of work performed at trade in. They knew, it didnt balance out. $500 later with a new wheel, it drives like a dream.

My registration sticker has been expired for several months because I keep forgetting to get a copy of my updated insurance card and in fact, I had forgotten about the expiration when I dropped my car off today. Craig noticed the expired sticker and called to let me know - within minutes of our call he had reached out to my insurance agent and gotten a copy of my insurance card sent over to do my inspection. Absolutely fantastic! Their attention to detail and commitment to going above and beyond for their customers is evident in all that they do. Peltier Ford sold my family a Certified Blue Advantage package with our new car for an extra…read more~$2,200. With the package guaranteed us that the dealership did a 139 point inspection on the vehicle. Just on the drive home, we found multiple issues wrong with the car. We live out of town, so we took the car to our local dealership. $1,300 later, the other dealership repaired multiple items that were supposedly on the 139 point inspection checklist. I highly doubt any 139 point inspection was ever actually done by Peltier. I've emailed and called Peltier 10+ times asking for a copy of the 139 point inspection report that we PAID ~$2,200 for only to receive no response. On top of scamming us out of ~$2,200 by selling us an inspection that was never done, Peltier ran my credit without permission when I expressly told them not to. They ran my credit not once but FOUR times. We specifically told them we came to the dealership with financing already in hand and did not need or want them to run my credit. Dusty Brooks, our sales rep, told me that Peltier just needed my information to "close the deal" - whatever that means. So, I gave him my information but expressly refused to sign the bottom portion of the document requesting for authorization to pull my credit. I told him multiple times I was only giving my information but did not authorize a credit pull and was not and would not sign the authorization. I get home and see that Peltier did in fact pull my credit when I expressly said not to. Worst dealership experience ever. Do not come here unless you want to be lied to and scammed. I will be opening a report with corporate and with whichever governmental agencies I need to report Peltier's behavior.p
