John M. was my technician and he was great. His attention to detail and thoroughness was outstanding. He arrived early after verifying that was OK with me. I will say that when we signed up we were told that the service was normally over $300 per treatment and we were getting a deal at $180 a treatment but after the tech came to the door acting like the $180 was the normal price for the service I think we were lied to and did get any discount for signing a 2 year contract.
