Instead of helping me fix either of the issues, they just added me to their no service list so I needed to find another complany to help me fix my spa.

Then I get an email asking if I had questions. Um, yeah, how come I put down a deposit and no one is contacting me?! Whoops! My paperwork was misplaced. We will get someone to call you and fit you in asap. I get a call and they maybe can fit us in July/August!!! The damn summer is almost over!! The most horrible customer service ever!!! Thankfully I got my deposit back and have another pool coming in 2 weeks from a different company with excellent customer service!!!

I have an old, large, below ground, leaky, problem pool and they have come out to my house, spent hours in the store and on the phone and over email helping me. I no longer go to Custom Pools in favor of this Premier Pool store because of the time and effort I have gotten from many people here. I don't work with the "newby" kids they hire in the summer, but I've never seen what the other reviewer experienced by anyone! I really can't adequately explain the effort so many people in this store have put forth to help me. The hours of trouble shooting and discussions I've had with them are endless. I love this store!

There's a ton of different options here for open play - a basketball court with a smaller hoop that toddlers can reach, ping pong table, a room full of various sized swingsets, and 2 large trampolines. We were here for 2 hours and my daughter didn't want to leave ! She had so much fun and it was fun watching her. It's perfect for the winter months when you want an indoor play option and your child is feeling cooped up. They have a party room that can be used if the store is rented out. There is also a small lobby area and that's the only area where food and drink is allowed. Definitely bring snacks to eat there because your kids will get hungry! Plenty of bathrooms too - I think I counted 3 - so it's easy to wash those germs off. We will definitely be coming back.

We called Minnesota Hot Tubs again and they agreed to fix it " one last time". I called Eric, the manager again with this issue and he is going to speak with the owner.
