The Dimension One brand is a quality tub and we were very impressed with some of their innovations that you can't get elsewhere. We ended up buying a floor model for a lower price and with a quicker delivery which we loved! The delivery team was nice, helpful, and quick. They took away our old spa and placed the new one in the location carefully. After it was delivered, Mark even came out to give us a demo and a chemical tutorial which was a level of service I never expected! I am thrilled with Poolside on all levels right now!
