This was my 10+ massage and 2nd HydroFacial from the Spalon Montage in Chanhassen. I found JJ when I was pregnant and saw her for Prenatal massages every other week in my 3rd trimester up until I gave birth. I continued to see her postpartum and will only book with her from here on out! She's the highest priced masseuse and for a good reason. My 2nd HydroFacial with Ja'Nice was much more thorough than my first. I felt Ja'Nice really took the time to unclog the most congested areas of my face and I left feeling clean and hydrated! I look forward to booking with both of them again. The Spa has a nice quiet waiting area with a roaring fireplace to keep you calm and cozy. The women's locker room is always clean and I appreciate the complimentary water, tea, and coffee. I enjoy arriving early for my appointments so I can curl up on the couch and read my current book to get Zen. Parking is limited as it is shared with the other tenants in the building, but I haven't had an issue finding a spot. Can't wait to schedule my next treatment!

When I went to the front desk the woman was completely unapologetic and offered no reason for the delay. If I had been 20 minutes late to the appointment as the customer, I would have been charged for the service regardless but they didn't even offer me an explanation, just agreed to let me cancel the appointment. Bella offers everything you need - hair, body and nail services - all in one convenient location: Downtown Excelsior. I used to get my eyebrows waxed at Bella (I now try to maintain on my own to save $, but when I do get them waxed, I no longer go to Bella - no particular reason). I've had an awesome massage at Bella... they give you the royal treatment... flip flops, plush white robe, tea and a warm fire place while you wait... when the masseuse leaves the room at the end of the service, she goes into the locker room and turns on the shower for you so it is ready and warm when you get in there. I've also had a pedicure at Bella and loved it. One downfall to Bella is the parking. Being in Downtown Excelsior makes parking sparse from the get-go and it doesn't help that Bella has a very small number of spaces reserved for customers. There is a tiny lot behind the building with room for about 4 or 5 cars - unfortunately, it's a small driveway to get back to the lot and you have no idea if it's full or not. So, if you get back there and it's full, you have to back up, go forward, back up, go forward, etc to turn around and get back out to the street. I got my pedicure in the dead of winter and had to walk a block and a half in flip flops to get to my car because there were no parking spaces nearby when I arrived.
