The master bath needed to have the door to the WC changed which entailed moving two walls and replacing the door. The big awkward and precarious soaking tub was removed and a new sleek tub installed. Our shower was dark with glass bricks and is now beautiful with large tile and lots of glass. My granddaughter came to visit and asked to shower in our new bathroom. I asked her how she liked it; and she proclaimed it beautiful and luxurious! Exactly what I was going for! I highly recommend DFI.

Even one year after our project was completed they have been available for any minor issues that we have had come up and were willing to come assess any issues and answer questions. They have never returned them. We will now have to order new fronts without having the templates of the old ones. After the initial pickup, communication became increasingly difficult, and eventually all communication stopped despite our repeated attempts to reach them by through YELP and by text. Delays can happen, and most customers are understanding when a business communicates honestly. What is unacceptable is being left without our property and without any explanation or updates. At this point, because our cabinet door and drawer fronts have not been returned and we have been unable to get any meaningful response from the company, we plan to pursue appropriate actions. Our experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. We trusted this company with our property, and that trust was not honored. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this business.
