All American tires more like All American scammers. If I could give 0 stars I would they claimed they did my rear brakes but they in fact did not. They "claimed" they did them but then next day was squeaking took it in to have them look at them said they fixed it not sure about that. Took my car to another place this week because thinking hey they did my back brakes 5 months ago I don't need my back ones done my front needs to be done. Didn't want to take it back to this place so went somewhere else they showed me how thin my back brake pads were. They did not even do them. Called them and let them know what happened, they laughed on the phone saying they're not shady. Sadly you guys are! do not ever go to this place if you don't wanna get scammed out of your money!! Purchased two specific used tires (good tread - not old) for my trailer on 05/19, I informed All American I'd be back to bring my trailer and get them installed. When I came back today, I was told that the used tires I purchased and paid for in full were sold to another customer. The business showed no remorse or any inhibition to rectify their mistake after identifying it being their mishap. Instead they suggested I purchase two new tires at full price for their mistake. I've been a customer of this business for years and a local here in Riverside. Everything was good prior but after this experience I will never be returning and informing those that I do know to shop elsewhere. read more

Went in for a wheel alignment. The mechanic removed my skid plate and never put it back. I went in towards the end of august and I just notice when I was doing my oil change earlier this month. Beware shady business I contacted the owner about the issue he told me you can come and check yourself and ask the mechanic. Who does that if you want to keep a good relationship with your customers. He had to remove the skid plate to access the camber bolts. read more

Needed new brake/tires and a wheel alignment, knowing that would take a few hours I dropped my truck off the night before so they could get started on it right when they opened they next day ... They called me around 2:00pm the next day saying it was finished but once I showed up they told me the "alignment guy" left early that day and then d have to come back to finish the alignment ?!?! I had a broken headlight on my truck...brought it and the new headlights to them...and they had them installed in about a half an hour! On the same day while I waited!! Any where else would want you to drop it off for a week. Absolutely terrific customer service!! Ignore all the negative old comments. These guys are genuine people. I stopped by on accident my car had some overheating problems. The dealership wanted to charge me close to $300. They charged me $190. When I still had some issues the next day I brought it back they repaired it for FREE might I add and had me back on the road. Came back one more time the next day because the overheating was nowhere near the first day but I did notice some issues. He found an air pocket with the system. Had me out up and running in less than 20 minutes. These men are extremely friendly, honest, and hard-working and I will go back to them again twice over. Please do not take any of the negative comments seriously. This place is a total joke. I consider myself a practical guy and support my local businesses whenever I can. This tire place is like 5 minutes from my house, and so I decided to get my 2 rear tires installed (bought the tires online) here so I didn't have to wait at a traditional tire shop. Most of you know that no matter how small the job, if you go to Goodyear or any chain tire shop there's a 2 hour wait for everything... You know the Mexican tire shops put tires on your car in 5 minutes...the perfect amount of time. Not TWO hours!! Here's the thing; there's probably only two places you can get tires installed or repaired this quickly: (1) Mexican tire shops and (2) Heaven. I'm like the first one there, bright and early. I called the shop to get a price to mount and balance the tires on my car. The shop owner says $20 per wheel. Okay no big deal, I tell the guy, "I'll be there in 5 minutes". I arrive and pull the tires out of my trunk and place them on the floor. I tell the little Mexican dude, "replace the two rears". He looks at me like, "I know what I'm doing, you don't have to tell me which tires". I'm thinking, did I just insult this guy?? There are 4 tires on the car, I want the rears replaced!!!! It kind of irritated me, but I was still half asleep and didn't have the energy to blurt out a witty remark so I proceeded to sit down. This dude pulls out two floor jacks and lifts the car up, takes the wheels off and this is where the fun starts... He put the first wheel on the machine and I'm thinking: "well this will be quick". I'm already daydreaming bout what I'm gonna order at Starbucks. It's like 10 mins later and he still doesn't have the tire off the wheel... He brings the wheel back to the car and starts to put it back on the car. I'm like WTF!! I walk over as he goes to grab the other wheel... I notice that there's all this black grease on my wheels. Anyone who knows me, knows I'm anal when it comes to my vehicles... I'm like dude I just washed my car yesterday, how can the rims have grease on them??? I take my shirt and wipe the lip of the wheel and this idiot ass raped my wheels! My wheels are powder coated black and the lip was now gray (see pics). I ask the dude, look at what you just did to my wheel!!! Did you use a machete to take the tire off?? Two problems here: (1) he damaged my immaculate wheel and (2) he tried to hide it by covering it with black grease. Now that's pretty shady... I asked to talk to the manager and at this point I was heated because he tried to pull a fast one on me... Bottom line, owner came out and said "you spray painted" the wheels black so the paint will come off. I said they are powder coated!!! I've gotten tires at BMW and Costco before and they never did this!!! He said get it fixed and I'll pay for it. So now it's my problem...had to drive back to the Wheel Shop (Riverside) and it was $150 to repair and refinish the wheel. Long story short, they wrote me a check for the repairs and hopefully it doesn't bounce... Don't go here. I don't need to say anymore. Just look at the pic! (Mic drops... Ignore the bad reviews! I don't know what those people were smoking on when they submitted the review. This place is great! Had a flat tire and needed it to get patched up. Buds tires was too busy for me so had to go elsewhere and remembered seeing this spot before so I decided to check it out. Pulled up and right away was greeted and my car was up on a jack before I could even say what I was there for (although my temporary yellow tire was visible so I'm sure it was obvious) I was in and out in less than 10 minutes and this was them with four cars already there when I got there. Bate and switch...... I have been a mechanic for years. The owner told me 60 to install 4 truck tires. I usually get them done for 50 in moreno valley at Pachecos tires but they were busy that day. So I had them install my new rims. Right in the middle of the service he said do you want stems. I said of course arent they included. No they are $20 Because they are high pressure. I always buy high pressure stems at Orielly auto parts on my commercial account and 4 cost me 1.50. A tire store buys them in volume and they cost less than 25c. Bottom line At pachecos all inclusive stems and install $50 at this place it cost me $80 when I was quoted $60. never again I cant trust them...... read more

Be very careful with this shop. I took my car in to have them install some new 1 off rims and tires. I pointed out that they had damage the rim and the owner looked me like I was crazy. I didn't want to make a big issue about it but after being treated the way I was, I felt there was no other way to remedy the problem but to sue the business. I did win a judgment in small claims court and even then, the owner pretends like it's no big issue. I hope he feels the same when the Sheriff's get there and starts taking things. read more
