Jim serviced our appliances for 23 years until he retired. Just met his son, Jimmy, for first time. Just as good as his dad. Come when scheduled, Tonya gave us a call the morning of our appointment with a 2 hour window for arrival. Great service, price and more importantly, fixed our appliance each time or explained as Jim use to say "it's time...it don't owe you anything more for all the years you had it." Nabil runs his business solo, and he's amazing! We had an issue with our AC, and he came by the next day to fix it. His rates are fair, and he's very skilled. He also helped with other problems, like diagnosing a faulty garage outlet and fixing a tub that wouldn't produce hot water. If you're looking for a reliable and knowledgeable maintenance person, Nabil is the one to call! Keep in mind, since he works alone, he might not always be able to respond immediately. Nabil is a one man operation and he's fantastic! We had a problem with our dishwasher. He came by within a day and fixed it! Costs are reasonable and he's very knowledgeable. We also had some other issues. Garage outlet had a bad outlet that kept tripping he diagnosed and a tub that wouldn't run hot water. If you are in need of a maintenance person that is knowledgeable and reasonable, Nabil is your guy! Do exercise some understanding that he's working and alone and sometimes he may not be able to respond immediately. I had a micro chest freezer that wasn't working. Most places wouldn't even look at it. Citing that the parts are impossible to get or that the repair would cost more than the device was worth. Nabil is a GENIUS! He worked on our Trane AC/heating unit and fixed all the problems that our original installer and 2 other AC guys could not do. Yes, the big company that installed our AC unit had a very incapable and dishonest team that ruined a good Trane Hyperion unit rated to last 10+ yrs. that we purchased from them. It was a series of unfortunate events. We had 2 other supposedly "AC specialists" work on it who charged us a lot of money for the quick fix that they did. Nabil was the only capable, hard working, and very knowledgeable HVAC specialist that made our unit work properly! He is the only tech I've ever met who asks you for the installation and service manuals for your unit in order for him to refer to your unit's schematic diagram! Nabil is also a Trane Certified HVAC specialist (and he carries his certifications with him to present to his clients) , Trane support worked with him to troubleshoot and identify issues with our unit. Our unit has a 10 yr warranty and Nabil was authorized by Trane to procure and replace parts needed to fix the problem. Trane will not talk or release warranty components to any uncertified tech. WOW, what a service and one of the utmost professional trustworthy advice from AAS. We posted a call for AC service last night. After a few responses, and communications with 5 other contractors via emails/text and phone calls. We feel like we were under the mercy of their availability with the promised that they might/might not have a slot open here and there. Here comes AAS. Got a phone call (not generic text, not email) from Traci. We explained the symptoms and ask if AAS have time to come out today or tomorrow. Traci informed that she would get back to me in an hour. Given the experience we've had with other contractors, we sort of gave up and assumed this was just another broken promise. Lo and behold, Traci called back in 30 minute and advise that they will have a technician out between 11:00 -13:00. By 11:15, Traci called and informed that the tech is on his way. By the time they were finished, the AC hump along nicely. The professionalism, respect and honest advice were spot on and exceptional. I am so please with the services. I had asked for a few business cards and had already passed along their contact numbers to others. Bad company! They tried to SCAM me with costly, unnecessary repairs for my dryer. Two services guys came out for a one man job. They both spoke English very well but would only speak Hindi (or other language of India) with each other in front of me. It felt very rude. Without doing any actual tests on my dryer, one guy told me that the problem was my heating element. He stuck his head into my dryer as it was running and said, "I can't see the red light in the back. You have a bad heating element." This was total BS. I later read up on heating elements and there is no way what he said was true. When I later called him and confronted him on the absurdity of what he said. He replied, "well, there is only so many things that can go wrong with a dryer. It's probably the heating element." This guy wanted to charge me $250 to fix something that wasn't broken. I found this business through Service Magic. I was looking for someone to fix a dishwasher at a condominium I own. I found recommendations for three service providers through Service Magic and Nabil from All Appliance was the first one to respond. His business had no reviews on Service Magic yet, so I was skeptical but the guy sounded trustworthy so I decided to give it a shot. Nabil called me a half hour before his scheduled appointment and showed up right on time. He opened up the bottom panel on the dishwasher and started testing a number of things. He quickly determined that the problem was a stuck solenoid that just needed some WD-40!! He took care of it in a short while and was very reasonable with his charges. He could have made something up and replaced a part that didn't need replacing and easily charged me a lot more. I was very impressed by his honesty and integrity, and he clearly knew what he was doing. He later told me that he has been working as a sub-contractor for others for many years and just started out on his own. I figured I should post a review here to help him out.
