When he arrived, he pulled up behind us and immediately started changing the tire without introducing himself. Instead, it seemed as though I was a quick buck. The job went long and after not getting a call, I phoned them. I was told they were pulling my truck out right at that moment - OK, maybe. I've no reason yet to not trust them. After picking up the truck (which was left a mess) I notice pretty quickly things were not right. My steering wheel controls and backup camera did not work at all. I called and was told to come back. Unfortunately, I was heading out of town for two weeks with the truck so I told them I'd swing by after the trip. While on the trip I realize my mic for calls and my parking lights weren't functioning correctly either. It was clear to me that they did not check that everything I paid for, was functioning, so I decided to not give them the shot to make it right. I didn't trust that they would make my truck a priority and I couldn't go without it for a lengthy period of time. I purchased a radio on Amazon and installed it myself and now everything is working properly. With zero experience or prior knowledge, I did a better job than these professionals. I gave them the second star since I didn't give them a second chance. I won't be back and will not recommend their radio install (maybe they're good at tinting or rims - I'll never know).
