I always am concerned about health and safety of the dogs when they're away but they came home just as happy and well balanced as when I drop them off. They use Facebook quite a bit which I'm not a Facebook person but they posted regular pictures so we could see what they were doing at any time of day. Their business is monitored by security cameras so I felt pretty safe that they could see what was going on in and around the property. He does not look like or smell like he's been bathed at all. I was told he was. His nails are still long and they said that they couldn't finish his head because he had too many knots. I will never bring him back there and then they charge more than they quoted the lucky I didn't go back to pay them and not my roommate because I'll tell you what they wouldn't have got paid. everything could be improved as for the answer from the owner I was only told one time to bring him to a vet and that was at the very end when we picked him up not multiple times everything you said on there was wrong. Her staff is extremely friendly and I find that they understand how stressful it can be leaving your pet in someone else's care. They do put their pics on Facebook playing with other dogs so you can see how they are doing which is great, they even threw a birthday hat on him on his birthday! I find the facility to be very clean and the staff to be very organized. My only suggestion would be to book early if you plan on a trip during a holiday weekend or the summer, they can fill up fast sometimes.

The true sign for me - texting pictures to my friend and getting back a positive message that "the kids look good, happy you found her!" The entire concept of this business makes me feel comfortable! She did a fabulous job and talked to my dogs in a high pitched loving voice, which is exactly what I do. She immediately went to the floor to my dogs (they are 5 pounds each), and she was trying to make them comfortable. I loved it. I felt comfortable. I also told them that their Yelp account was unclaimed and told them they should fix it. THEY ARE OPEN AND GREAT. My dogs were happy. I was happy.
