Dante is very picky, as all GSDs are, but leaving him for 13 days, I was not happy and was willing to cancel the entire plan. Lexi assured me that Dante was in good hands, and I could not have trusted anyone more than Lexi. She literally went above and beyond what was expected. Lexi has been such a relief and comfort for us as a family. She is extremely trustworthy, loving, and such a good soul. She took such good care of our pup. I went through every class and never got any meaningful help. I even reached out multiple times for private lessons and never got a single call or email back. Eric Letender's dog school feels like one big marketing machine. His solution to every problem is the same: buy a shock collar and use it for everything. Dog barking? Shock him. Dog reacting to other dogs? Shock him. That's all you get. He's only interested in training dogs that dont have any behavior issues. He even discouraged me to stop coming to classes--classes I already paid for--because my dog would bark around other dogs and show some aggression . He never worked through any of those situations with us. He would just say "Turn up that shock collar" The only things covered were extremely basic commands like sit, down, and heel. Overall, a complete disappointment and not worth the money.
