I was able to remove the old hose but I didn't have the hand/arm strength necessary to tighten the new one properly. I called AZ Preferred Plumbing and spoke immediately with Anthony. He said he was just finishing a job and had me text him my details. He followed by saying he was about 15-20 minutes away and would head right over when done. Sure enough, he showed up promptly and looked at my calamity. It seemed I had enough parts, but he brought all the know-how and strength to complete the job. It is unusual to find a plumber that is willing to work on something you've already screwed up yourself, but Anthony was kind and understanding. He fixed the leak and everything is now back to working. His rate was extremely reasonable for such quick and efficient service. I had the best experience with Anthony fixing our plumbing and I recommend their business.

Since they were nearby, I expected quick and professional help. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The technician replaced the contactor and capacitor, which did not fix the issue. In the process, he blew the fuse and spent hours troubleshooting before finally replacing it to get the AC running again. Despite the core issue being unresolved, I was charged $650 for this visit. The next day, he returned with another technician. After more time spent, neither of them could resolve the problem and ultimately told me I needed to call an AC specialist instead. In other words, they admitted they could not fix the issue after already taking my money. I reached out multiple times requesting at least a partial refund, but never received a response. Bottom line: I paid $650 for work that did not address the actual problem. The technicians left me with the same issue I started with, and the company ignored my follow-up attempts. Very unprofessional and disappointing -- I would not recommend them.

His guys put in new insulation and did shitty drywall work. It did not fix the issue. He tried to tell me that it was normal in summer in AZ to not have your A/c EVER shut off. FOR OVER A MONTH. Three times he said he was coming out with the manufacturer but never showed with them. My house at it's coolest was 80 degrees and he tried to tell me that was not an A/C issues and now not the insulation issues that he "fixed" but now- my windows. I did not believe him and knew something was wrong with the AC installation. He then ignored my calls and after my kids and I lived for nearly two months in AZ summer heat without a properly working AC unit, I had to call another AC company out to fix the BRAND NEW AC that was covered on a warranty with Adobe! Harold never responded to my calls or texts. Never followed up. (I have screenshots!) The other company came out and took pictures and fixed the issue. I paid them. The duct work was not even attached inside my attic to the AC unit on the roof! Harold then sent my "bill" to collections when I refused to give him more money as I already had paid him and had to pay a completely different company to come out and fix what he didn't! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are not honest and he clearly has little respect for women. They either really do not know how to do their job or they are con artists. The issue only arose once he installed the new unit, was not fixed by the "new insulation" and was not THE WINDOWS as he tried to then tell me.

I called Rainbow Plumbing and talked with Savel Castro, who had done some work for me in the past…read more I had a shower that no hot water would come out after I flushed my water heater. Apparently, some debris had migrated from the water heater and lodged itself into the shower cartridge, blocking the hot water outlet port. I attempted to repair this myself but couldn't get the cartridge removed. Fearing I might make things worse, I called Savel who came out to my house and had the clogged cartridge removed and replaced inside of an hour. This company is outstanding and reasonably priced and I will always use them for any plumbing needs that I may need in the future!

Today Orestes, the owner, came out to fix the leak under my kitchen sink. We have a 2-10 home…read morewarranty, which I filed a claim with them and they gave us United Plumbing & Draining Services, LLC. I called within a couple minutes of getting the 2-10 work order and called. Orestes answered. I explained the problem and he asked when I would like him out. I asked if he could come out today and he had availability in the afternoon (it was the morning when I called). It turned out to not be the cold water valve rather a quick connect fitting from our reverse osmosis that the person that installed that system didn't do a great job of putting the fitting on. Orestes wasn't sure if the kitchen faucet would be damaged in the removal of the quick connect fitting. It turns out he was able to get this part out (with a lot of work) without damaging our faucet's plumbing. He had to go out to buy the part and returned and got the leak all taken care of. No more leaking. I had also asked him if he does work on hot water heaters and he said he does. I asked him if he would show my husband and I how to make sure to properly drain our hot water heater. He went through the steps with us, telling me I should write the steps down, the order in which he did things, and the timing. He explained why the order and timing, which was super helpful. Our hot water heater isn't too old, 2.5 yrs old, but we had never done the yearly draining I thought we were supposed to. Anyway, aside from the 2-10 warranty fee payable to him, I gave him a little extra for being so kind to explain and show us how to drain our hot water heater. At first he refused the money, but my husband and I thought it was only fair he get some money by empowering us to help keep our hot water heater healthier for longer. We are very appreciative of the good work Orestes did as well as him being such a decent person by making sure our leak was taken care (the root cause) and we were good to go.
