We have had Jason servicing our water softener and RO system on a yearly basis since 2006. He has always been on time, very professional,courteous, and polite. I've been using another water filtration company for years and called Jason bc we had a leak and couldn't find the old company's paperwork. I'm so glad I did. He let me know that the last technician didn't check the tank air pressure and some companies charge customers the whole tank when issues happen vs. just fixing the tank's air pressure. Jason is the BEST!!! Saturday afternoon, my son changed a kitchen faucet for me and couldn't get everything put back properly without leaking. Jason was able to walk him through what he needed to do and a part to get, but it still leaked; so Jason said he would come out Monday morning (Sun was Easter)....which he just did and fixed the connection. Spring Meadows (Jason) has been changing my Reverse Osmosis filters for a couple years now. He is reliable and reasonably priced. On his last visit I asked him to check my water softener and he discovered that the last guy had programmed it wrong so it would recycle even if we weren't using it all the time.
