My first experience was great. Got a good deal for what I was looking for...so I thought. Went home and looked at the brand I bought and saw the same item for a fraction of the cost from the manufacturer. I was charged 3 times the amount. Went in today, with knowledge before hand of the cost of the things I wanted. Again super helpful service until I mentioned the price I was willing to pay, mind you he would still be profiting around $30. He was offended began cussing me under his breath in Arabic and refused to acknowledge my existence until I left. Will definitely go to another surplus in the future or stick to online. read more

The first two times I tried to shop there, an old guy came running out and said they were closed, even though it was during normal business hours, the door was unlocked, and the lights were on. It's a small store but they carry all sorts of things. You can find knives, novelty items, Camo gear, etc. the best part of experience was a worker named Joseph- he was super careful in helping us find what we needed. Even though the store is small and appears overpacked, Joe is very attentive and knows where to find anything that you may be looking for. This place is drastically over priced. Went in and felt pressured to buy something the whole time. Took my friend in there and he made the same comment about being pressured. Bought a canteen and pouch for around 35$, got home decided I didn't want it and didn't want to spend that much money on it so took it back the next day. First time I got there one of the guys said I had to wait for the other guy to come to return and assured that credit would be given. Went back 2 hours later and the same guy then told me that no returns allowed and all sales final, which he could have just told me in the first place. In my opinion people are better off going to spring army surplus and buying more authentic stuff for a much better price. read more

Joe and Ken were incredibly welcoming and helpful during my visit at All Army Plus! This place is a jungle, and frankly it's one I'd love to get lost in again very soon. Among the assorted piles of clothing and gear are hundreds of years and several generations of military experience, just waiting to be uncovered. Looking for uniforms? They have it. Looking for ruck/assault packs? They have em. If not for the time constraint, I would have spent all day in there looking around and admiring the collection these gentlemen have amassed. In many ways it's like a museum, but the best part is you can take things home with you (after purchasing them, of course). Prices were very fair and the customer service was prompt and inviting. I've been in this store a couple times and the gentleman helping us has been very courteous and attentive. This store has a tremendous inventory. Almost overwhelming, but when I told him what I wanted and he pulled it for me and saved me the trouble of endlessly searching. My husband also found the patches for which he was looking. Their selection includes vintage patterns, as well as newer patterns. They have novelty items for those who want that "military mom/dad" wardrobe in addition to all the used clothing. Ok..... I'm an active military person, I hate to ever abuse a place that helps members find the gear they need at last minute... considering there is no active military base in Houston to serve the Marines, and on a Sunday, I had no choice but to buy this over priced product from these Arabic people, " crazy right"? But I didn't plan so I failed myself on that and waited to the last minute but stilllllll, I paid double the price for an off brand service stripe, and they charged me 20$ to have them stitched... For the Marines we have a 30* degrees angle, on each arm.. NOW for the good part, One arm was 37*degrees. The other was 34* degrees It gets better.. lol the left was done with white by a proper machine, and the left was done with the proper white but was done by hand .... smh Once I got home the stripes were Peeling off..... I took them to command post and the very nice lady fixed everything for a very low cost:.. Long story short, these arabs over charge everything... Being short on time I could understand that part, but the lied saying their product was our standards... they lied... I don't recommend any member of our services to ever buy here unless you have no other choice...... I also called them, because they asked me to give them a "good" review, and told them that I would hook them up lol Don't ever buy here read more

I'm going to first preface this by saying my first experience with this business was great, me and my father were looking for pieces of a Halloween costume we made together and Ken and Joe helped us out tremendously. The second and last experience I had today was with a group of my friends and it was completely different. We were constantly vultured around the store by Ken and at one point he began asking some of us "How much money do you have on you?" and other questions about how much we were willing to spend on certain items.I was completely uncomfortable buying anything. On top of the terrible customer service, a lot of the stuff we came across was grossly overpriced. Don't be mislead by the good customer service reviews, Ken and Joe don't treat all of their customers the same. I will not be shopping here anymore, there are other surplus stores in the area that don't treat their customers like they have a sign on their chest that says "I'm going to shoplift". read more

RIDICULOUSLY HIGH PRICES. My father went into the store to find a few things I needed for my uniform since we aren't close to a military base and everything was marked up at crazy prices. As my father was looking through the store, he noticed he was being followed by the employees! I understand if someone has suspicious behavior but he was one of three people in the store, and trying to find specific items. If I wasn't in such a time crunch I rather shop on amazon than put my money into this store again. read more

These guys who own this shop basically think they are operating from a back street Bangladesh market store. I bought a brand new pair of paraboots for 129.99 plus tax last Thursday . The zipper broke almost instantly then looking closer I saw ' made in China ' they refused a refund, even with a receipt. Don't buy from Islamic and don't buy made in China. This is not over. This place is ridiculously overpriced, I don't know how they get away with ripping people off the way they do. Air soft guns and knifes sold at Walmart and online for $30 are marked in the store at almost quadruple the amount they are worth. Fake and knock off products sold at quality price. Every single time I've gone in they tried to sell me something I didn't need for "20%" off.. they will not give any refunds nor will they exchange anything for you. read more

I love this store, the inventory is massive, and the customer service is excellent. I am surprised a store this small carries so much. Its a family owned business, and the sales representatives there are very educated. They know what they are selling. The price is also very decent compared to the other stores I have been at.
