I hired this company (working with Daniel and Carrie) for a full exterior siding and gutter project. I paid the agreed-upon 50% down payment in full, and the trouble since then has been communication and scheduling. I've had two start dates come and go with no work begun, and several phone calls over multiple days go unreturned after being told I'd hear back the same day. To be fair: the work hasn't started, so this isn't a comment on their craftsmanship, and I'm still hoping to get it back on track. My main caution to others is about the money side. Get a written contract with a firm start date and a payment schedule tied to completed work before you pay anything. And be very careful about large deposits sent by Zelle or Cash App -- those transfer instantly and can't be reversed, so you have almost no protection if the work never begins. If this gets resolved and the job gets done well, I'll come back and update this to say so.
