Worst case scenario. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid! They double talk, even triple talk always go for the expensive fix and when that doesn't work, they say oops more money please and then it will work and then oops we were wrong again more money please. So All Aspects is the 4th company that came out to fix my heating issue. First I called Friday afternoon and they fit me into the schedule for the following Monday, the other 3 companies were 2 and 3 weeks out. Mike the technician that came out called me 15 minutes before he arrived and it was actually 15 minutes. My furnace was overheating and turning itself off the SAME problem the other 3 companies came for who all told me to replace my 3 year old furnace??? Even the company that installed it couldn't fix it, they tried Thursday before I called All Aspects!! So anyway Mike took tools out of his bag that I hadn't seen before and started testing all the components of the furnace, one after another were normal, then he did something NONE of the other companies did, he opened the door the mother board or main circuit board is in (sorry I'm not furnace savy). If anyone else would have taken the time to do so they would have found one of the problems, a filter had been sucked into the blower motor or main fan, PROBLEM # 1. PROBLEM # 2 the company that installed the furnace and AC brand new never set up the furnace. Mike adjusted the gas flow which was using double the amount it was supposed to be!!! And he programmed the furnace 2 stage something properly (again not furnace savy). So now my furnace does not run on high speed using double the gas needed all the time. The cost was VERY reasonable (less than an inspection by one of the other guys). Mike was very knowledgeable, professional and thorough. The office lady was very friendly and helpful, and MOST of all my family has HEAT! I WISH I would have called All Aspects first!!! read more
