He worked for a while and then informed us he had another job to go to and never came back. After another month we called someone else. Turns out the threads on one of our condenser valves was stripped and now we are stuck with the cost of the repair.

Nearly 2 months later received a $99 invoice for task of "Diagnostic". On invoice it states "Refused to sign and refused to pay diagnostic" I did not refuse to pay or sign as I was never asked.
