That rubbed me the wrong way, since that is almost a replacement cost for the dishwasher. I looked for an alternative and found Smart Repair in a Google search. They had a pretty high review and great comments. Yurii came a little early and instantly knew what to look for when I told him there was an error code "E15" on a Bosch dishwasher. "E15" means there is a possible leak and the dishwasher stops running. Yurii pulled out the dishwasher and checked for leaks. After 15 to 30 minutes of checking, he asked if we used liquid or pod soap. I told him liquid soap. He said there were no leaks but it is possible that we used too much soap and the suds were overflowing into the spillover under the dishwasher. He advised us to use only half a trayful of liquid soap and we should be good. And yes, we usually fill the tray to the rim with soap. I admire his experience and honesty (didn't make me pay for a part I didn't need) and would not hesitate to call them again for another appliance issue.
