Over a month went by with no communication. I emailed them and got no response. When I called, the front desk was rude and dismissive, told me to figure it out with GE myself, and wouldn't even share the service ticket number I needed to do that. I called back, got a different person who was just as unhelpful and had the same attitude, and only after pushing did they finally provide the ID. Basic professionalism is not a high bar. They didn't clear it. The other reviews here tell the same story.
