I have been going to Rich's Bike shop now for over 2.5 years. It's always a pleaasure and I learn more and more about cycling and how to care for my bike on each visit. My good buddy Ephraim had a blown tire and bent his crank, and chain was falling off his bike. I said no one is as qualified and such a marvel with bikes as Rich is. So he took his time and immediately won my buddy over and totally hooked him up with his bike at a reaasonable cost. I now am the proud owner of my 2nd purchase of Rich's awesome Fuji absolute light carbon bike. I been saying since i bought my first bike from Rich, I need a upgrade. He patiently advised me which would be best, fastest, economical for me so I trusted him and i am so excited. I love my new purchase. Rich is such a caring and truly loves his work and the sport. He is consigning my previous Fuji for me Who the heck does this for you? Noone!! He is such a great guy. I am so pleased with my new purchase from All Bicycles. I bought a awesome Limar Helmet, a cool neoprene clip for a license money and a protein bar can fit. He truly knows exactly what you need in the biking world. He knows how to fix any problem and will do whatever it takes to make your bike experience wonderful. we could not be happier with his honesty, reliability and skills to keep us on the road and hitting the bike paths in South Florida. A friend told me to go to Richard Cohen's shop All Bicycles for the best prices and service, and he was RIGHT! I spent far less outfitting my bike with accessories here than what I priced at the other two larger bike shops that are nearby, and even though Richard's shop is smaller, he had everything I needed in stock. The service was awesome and fast; Richard's very friendly and helpful. And when I needed to exchange an item a month after my first visit, he remembered me and ordered the replacement part I needed immediately even though I had discarded my receipt. I bought an expensive bike from Bike America. After a year, I became extremely unhappy w their service & biz tactics, so I searched & asked around. My friend referred me to All Bicycles. I went in & met Rich. He is extremely nice, not pushy & takes his time with you. He explained about his roadside service (AAA for bikers), that he will show you how to repair anything on a bike (for a nominal fee) & how he operates. Basically he wont rip you...wont tell you you need something you dont. He even explained that its a small hole in the wall shop. Thats exactly what I was looking for. More of a family than a corporation. So I am happy I have found me a new, probably lifetime LBS. Only con for me is that it is a bit further from my house, but will be well worth it read more

Richard at All Bicycles is THE BEST!! He is friendly, professional, reasonable and also has concierge service. I had issues with my bike and also with some accessories and he handled it like a pro. I am very impressed with the level of service I've gotten through All Bicycles and highly recommend them. It's a one man shop owned by Rich Cohen. I hadn't ever purchased a bike before on my own and Rich made the bike buying experience easy. Rich doesn't carry any bikes in his shop, but instead orders the bike that fits you best online. After coming to his shop, we picked out a bike online and he had it in his shop, assembled, and ready to go within 4 days. On top of that, he was able to get me a deep discount on the bike. I'm a tall guy and he made sure to find something that fit me properly. He was great about swapping out the seat on the new bike, which was a little hard for my taste. Since I didn't initially have a bike rack for my car, he delivered the bike to my girlfriend's place. Later, when I did buy a bike rack, even though I didn't buy it from him, he showed me how to properly mount it to my car and attach the bikes to it. My experiences with Rich have been top notch thus far, and I highly recommend you consider purchasing your next bicycle from him or bringing your existing bike into him for servicing. read more

This shop has only 1 person working there and it's Rich who everyone loves who enters his shop. I'm guessing "Kevin" must be a competitor or his ex wife. Either way it's bogus. This was the worst experience I ever had with any type of merchant. There are no bicycles in his shop to buy at all so he tells you that he is an expert in fitting and will order the perfect bike for you. I fell for this and ordered a $1000 bike but before I ordered it he told me it was an XS size which sounded way too small. He said I could send it back after riding 30 days if it was too small. I am a very skeptical person so I questioned him on this as I had been fitted on bikes at other stores as a S (one size up) and told him this. He assured me of this in front of my friend. On the way out, I said to my friend that I should get this in writing but my friend replied this guy was "honest" and we should go with his promise. When the bike came in it appeared too small so I asked again about the promise to take it back after I test ride it if it was too small. I rode it 3 blocks and it was way too small. I also took it to 3 other stores who told me it was indeed way too small. So I took it back expecting he would exchange it. He then became very rude and said he had never said this and would not exchange it. My same friend was with me and stated he had heard him say it multiple times. Then he admitted he said it but said the bike was now used because I had ridden it 3 blocks after he told me to do this before I could return it! Do not for any reason go to this bike shop with no inventory as this man is not honest and you cannot trust him. A very bad experience on all parts. read more
