In total I paid them over six figures. The projects started out well and the initial work was done well at a fair price. However, on the last 3 projects totaling $17,000 I was completely ripped off. A French drain they dug blocked up, and the driveway asphalt they laid started peeling off within a month or two.The back patio fell apart within months of completing it and, less than 12 m out, is now ready for demolition and redo.What's worse Is that I had treated him more than fairly: I paid all my bills on time (And even early when he needed the cash], fed his workers regularly,helped take care of Paul when he was sick and helped his son to get a job interview. And yet despite several pictures of the. They also re-shingled a small roof area around the skylight that had mold growing on it and sealed leaks in my gutters. The initial visit with Lucas was great - he listened well, looked at our old skylight and flew a drone over the roof to take pictures and gave me a detailed roof inspection. Because the new skylight model would involve a different sized opening, Lucas identified a clever approach to modify the opening size and finish it off inside with a white PVC trim. Lucas was super responsive any time I had a question and was happy to talk through subtle questions about the shingles. The company got a building permit with my town (Belmont, MA), and the team completed the small area re-shingle, opening adjustment and skylight install all in about 6 weeks since I contracted with them - with the intervening time largely being due to finding the right days to work given weather conditions in late winter, which they were thoughtful about working around. The skylight looks and works great and was good quality work at a fair price - thank you RB Farina roofing!

I initially contacted them to replace a gutter, resulting in an estimate for that specific work, but also several other estimates, one to do some additional roof repair, and one to replace the entire roof. I opted for the full roof replacement (including new gutters, etc) -- reasonably priced, and the roof was at least 18 years old, so definitely ready to be replaced. The resulting work did end up with some additional effort to replace rotting facia board -- I was half expecting that and this additional work was also reasonably priced and performed efficiently. Communication, scheduling, invoicing and payment all were friendly and efficient, and the resulting work is great. I have read some other reviews which are not positive and I can not reconcile those experiences with my own. Early on a friend did share a 2nd hand positive experience (outside the scope of social media) which influenced me to use them; I am glad I made that decision.

They went to take a look and blamed the chimney flue and after getting the chimney inspected and getting the report stating that it was the roof. EAW said that there was no warranty and they needed to charge if they were to inspect it and charge for any repairs needed. Just to get them to visit took months. I decided to check the roof myself and it's the worst roof job that I had ever seen. They do not stand by their work. I would give them zero stars if possible. I would advise to use someone else as it's ridiculous to have a roof that's a few years old that's leaking and in bad workmanship
