I left the car there for a further inspection, they provided me a ride home, and when I got home Rodrigo called to give me my options. I chose one and they ordered the parts. Mike discovered another issue and immediately notified me, sending a video. Not only did they fix my car in a timely manner, they provided stellar communication during the process. I had an opportunity to speak with Giovanna the day I left my car and she's just lovely, very personable. They actually gave me a lovely thank you card and Madeleine cookie as a parting gift.
