Walking in finding them eating dinner, they invited me to sit and join before even asking what was wrong with the car. Declining, I asked if it was ok if I leave my car, but needed to wait about 20 min for a ride (with them closing in 10 min) and to unload my stuff out of the car and they said no problem. Over the next few days it took a little bit of troubleshooting for them to figure out exactly what the issue was, but they did a great job and I don't feel like I was taken advantage of or overcharged. I will say my only gripe was that I usually had to call them to get an update on what was going on, the repair took about 5 days, but I did tell them no rush as I wasn't in need of the car at the moment. The other thing was the car was returned with the gas light on. While I was running low when I brought it in, and they did have to test drive the car, getting it back with it on E was not great. I would have happily paid for any gas they added.
