I ended up calling a few weeks later to get the appointment scheduled and Sam confirmed the availability. On the day of the service, I received a text with an ETA (which was very accurate down to the minute). Sam and Sal showed up, and completed the service for 3 bedrooms, a hallway, and staircase in 50 minutes. I was impressed with how efficient, knowledgeable, and respectful they both were. These two definitely know their stuff and were able to get a couple of stains out that I didn't have any hope for. To top it all off, I also found their pricing to be very reasonable. Chris and Rodney were phenomenal. They came in and got right to work. We were quoted 1-2 hours for a one-bedroom apartment and they were out in 45 minutes.
