Chris and Rodney were phenomenal. They came in and got right to work. We were quoted 1-2 hours for a one-bedroom apartment and they were out in 45 minutes. My XL breed dog has been experiencing some incontinence due to her meds and while I was out of town, had some accidents in the living room and dining room. It does take about a week for deep cleaning, so just to manage anyone's unrealistic expectations there ahead of time, but it's so worth the wait. Not only did they show up on time they actually came a little early and gave me an inspection and what I considered to be a very fair price for the amount of filth that was in this house. They arrived the next day on time as promised, and two of them worked on the sofas alone for at least an hour. The selfies were so filthy that the water that came out was black. Then they cleaned the carpets. Again there was signs of previous defecation and urination on the carpets that must've been there for at least a couple of years.
