My experience was kinda "Eh..." i actually went in just to remove ONE wisdom tooth that had been bothering me for a few months. Long story short, I came out with 2 wisdom teeth less and I still have the tooth that was actually bothering me. The surgeon/dentist or whatever said the top tooth had been munching down on it and that's why it was so painful. I did give the green light and my problem was resolved... I just feel like i unnecessarily had to go through 2x the pain. He could've just taken out the ONE tooth that was munching down instead of my BOTH top wisdom tooth that had not been bothering me at all (and they were fully grown and did no damage to my other teeth sooo...Yea....) definitely went through more pain than I had to but I gave the ok and my problem was resolved in a way~ I'd recommend coming back if necessary. read more

So my review was taken down because they said it violated guidelines even though I didn't curse ..anyways here's my updated and filtered review because I had such a bad experience here its not fair for people to only see the good reviews. Let's start off by stating that I had to make this appointment a month ago. At that time I was told to show up an hour earlier to fill out my paperwork since this would be my first time there. I arrived and was handed 2sheets of paper! In what world does it take someone an hour to fill out two short forms.. I finished my two forms in under 5 minutes and waited 55 minutes for my appointment. My appointment time then passed and I was still waiting. The girls ordered take out and went to the back to eat while the rest of the staff left the office for lunch. I have no problem with people taking breaks but why schedule appointments during your lunch? I work for a medical company and have worked for numerous doctors. You never schedule during the office break time. Then they didn't even know I had an appointment till I pushed the receptionist to look harder and then she happened to find it. The staff was very rude period. P.S. The bathroom had no hot water even though it was 34 degrees outside and the dryer was almost dead. I was treated by Dr. Puri, DDS and her assistant, Sandra. I am happy with the results. I needed a root canal, which was completed with a crown. If I didn't know my own mouth, I'd give Dr. Puri a 10, but since nothing replaces the original, I give Dr. Puri a 9.5/10. The office space is clean and the staff is nice. They do not seem to overbook, as I'm called in to be seen soon after I show up for my scheduled appointment. I would recommend to someone to schedule an appointment here if they need work from a routine cleaning to something more involved. read more

Her dental health is now at risk, she was never given instructions on how to care for the tooth extraction that she got done here. by Dr. GEETIKA SINGH. On top of that, she was not aware that the doctor left behind a piece of her tooth's root. It is almost a week from the extraction and my sister is still in pain, with a very bad infection, and a "dry socket". The doctor blamed my sister for rinsing and causing the "dry socket", when she was never given instructions on what to do. Trying to talk to this doctor was useless, she is disrespectful, impatient., unprofessional. A professional doctor would never argue and yell with a minor. She made my 15 year old daughter come home crying, for trying to help her aunt translating. The doctor became infuriated because my daughter had tried to do research to help her aunt. Honestly I have been waiting since 12:30pm to be seen and my appointment was at 1pm it's about to be 2:30pm and no one has really approached Me and informed me of anything going on. I have had three patients who arrived after me go ahead of myself. I don't think this is really professional or fair. I would honestly recommend only coming here if you have nothing to do after. I had a horrible experience here today the dr that helped me was no help at all she was rid inconsiderate and seemed to not know what she was doing I told her I was feeling pain while she was drilling and doing a filling she brushed me off and kept going I told her again I can't take the pain she put more anesthesia on the outer part of my gums but didn't put anything at all on the inside this wasnt what i was used to other drs there have put it in the inner part also she disregu my opinion and told me she never got complains ever before about it with other people she worked on and told me wait there until im more numb i told her upon her arrival back to me that I still felt pain she then told me "she is not going to catch a attitude with me she will not even go there" i told her I don't have a attitude either but I feel pain DO NOT go to dr Lopez she is not professional also she told me it's just my axiety and I don't feel pain it's my mind making me think I do, thank god I got out of there when she left back out again after she put a tiny bit of anesthesia on the inside claiming she only doing this out of my request i still felt my mouth wasn't as numb as it should be so I requested dr puri who came in and did the job correctly I love her she is amazing if you do come here ask for her! read more

I'm writing this literally as I'm sitting in the examination chair, when making my appointment I specified that I had work at 2pm so I asked for the earliest appointment they could give me. I made an appointment for 11 am and I have yet to be seen. At 12 I tried to speak to the receptionist to see how long it would take until I would be called to see if I should wait or reschedule. They called me right after I spoke to her and now I am just sitting here doing absolutely nothing. Do not recommend. Dentist themselves are not that good I got a crown nine months ago and it still hurts. Went in as a new patient, front desk staff seemed lost and inexperienced. I was told on the phone when making the appt that they accepted my insurance but when I came in on the day of my appt, I was told that they did not accept it. To make matters worse, they took my referral and insurance cards and never gave them back to me. When I called back, they said they did not have them, in other words, they lost them. Unprofessional, inexperienced, and rediculous are the only words I can use to describe this dental office...ALL CITY DENTAL is a joke and I WOULD NEVER recommend this place to anyone. read more

Worst dental office I've ever been to. Let me start off by saying how disgusting this facility is, when they sit you in the back before entering the room, they have an sink area & in this sink area is were they are suppose to be sterilizing their hand pieces, but the hand pieces are thrown all over the sink and desk. Once you enter the room the room looks like it has not been clean and the hand piece are place on this table with no paper under them. the pieces are not in little blue sterile bag. The staff and doctors do not explain the procedure their doing to you. Their our suppose to explain the procedure before even touching you. They just said to me OPEN YOUR MOUTH and just started doing a teeth cleaning which I was not there for. I was at this facility for a broken tooth. But this was the worst teeth cleaning I have ever had!! I had to explain to the doctor how a teeth cleaning goes. Because she just took this piece and start working on my mouth and only touch like a few teeth, then going to say to me she done. I ask her aren't you suppose to floss and put some type a wax on my teeth. This lady was such in a rush she practically almost broke one of my teeth while cleaning them. This was the Indian doctor and the older Spanish guy. they never flossed or put the wax on my teeth. I left this practice so disgusted that I want to call osha on them. I was in as a new patient and was treated fairly. Even thought they need front desk people with a little bit more of a professional attitude. First time was okay, second visit too, BUT my third visit when the dentist did some fillings, I am still experiencing a lit of discomfort in my gums. This was over a month now. I've been going there since the age of eight...the new or old office manager doesn't keep her word...with my insurance I get a dentist visit every 6 months...I made my my appointment for August 5th...They started a new electronic reminder system which sucks...I got a reminder on July to remind me of my appointment in August; I got a reminder on August 1 for my August 5 appointment...I arrived to my appointment and my appointment somehow disappeared...they make appointments then delete them... They rescheduled me for the following week which I told the secretary if she can speak to the office manager she never related the message to the office manager... I caught the following week to follow up... A lot of back-and-forth sending emails confirming all the emails and text messages that I was receiving from their electronic reminder... She gave me her word that when I arrive for my visit at 10:30 I would go directly in, get my visit done and walk out ... 25 minutes pass I asked to speak to her then they make me wait an additional five minutes ... when I finally meet her for the first time she's like oh I apologize I was training someone and I forgot. what kind of bullshit is that... My experience was the worst, first to make an appointment is always over a month to see the doctor, walk ins are not welcome they make wait you all day even though you go there early EVEN THOUGH I HAD THE WORST INFECCTION. On their website says open until 7 pm; however they don't want to take you, staff there have an attitude, they don't know how to schedule.
