He did not have a snake to remove the clogged drainage pipe nor did he have any tools to open the line. Further flooding came that night when my water softener recirculated despite the fact that I had been told it was unnecessary to unplug it. The tech came the next day and I was charged twice for the digging fees and a second emergency fee. The invoice appeared in my email three days after they quickly charged my credit card. I was grossly overcharged for these services and will never call them again. I called Joe on Saturday and he came over on Monday to look at it. He opened up the inspection port for the distribution box and immediately knew what was wrong. Tree roots had gotten into it. He went to his truck, came back with a hook and was luckily able to pull them all out. Water started to flow out immediately to the leach field. Problem solved. I was thrilled. He set up an appointment for the next day to get the septic tank pumped and the D-box cleaned. I can't thank him enough for solving this for us quickly and as it turned out inexpensively. It was Thursday morning around 8. Steve avery showed up at around 1 pm and acknowledged that the pump should be replaced. He had the chamber pumped on Friday and said he would get a new pump. We had to refrain from using excessive water. He just left us hanging. I called Friday evening and he said he had the pump but wouldn't work on it til Monday. Monday came and went and he ignored our calls. Also Tuesday ignored our calls. Tuesday night promised Wednesday morning. Nothing. Finally came by Thursday without speaking to anyone, left in 30 minutes . No communication until Monday when we got a bill. Still no communication but assume work is done. I was never told that I had to do it in the next few days... now I called 2 weeks later and am told I have to pay to pump it out again.
