Within a couple days they sent Chris storehouse who took the time to diagnose what was going on and explain in detail what had been done prior and what should be changed going forward. After accepting the quote for the work, they returned within several days and were able to fix the problem in under two hours. They even found another way of accessing the septic system saving us a few dollars in the end. Not many companies would be willing to do that!
