He asked me a couple simple questions and next thing I know he was on his way to my house because he said he had some time to do one more run before the sanitization place closed. Turns out my septic was so full that the tampons my stupid brother's girlfriend put down the toilet ended up backing up and clogging a drain. He then referred me to a draining company to have them come out the next morning and unclog the drain, he actually made the phone call himself sitting in my driveway and scheduled the appointment for me! We came across J Hockman, and reached out to them, and told them what our problem was. Within a couple days they sent Chris storehouse who took the time to diagnose what was going on and explain in detail what had been done prior and what should be changed going forward. After accepting the quote for the work, they returned within several days and were able to fix the problem in under two hours. He berated me about the tanks, repeatedly swore loudly enough for my neighbors to hear, and behaved completely unprofessionally. He charged me extra for additional work, yet only performed the basic pumping service. To make matters worse, he didn't fully close the sewer caps when he left and left them loose. Very disappointed with the service and overall experience.
