This business is appropriately named…read more Whoever drives their truck is a rude and aggressive driver. I first encountered this vehicle on my road as I was stuck behind them as they drove 10 mph for about half mile. Then at the stop sign, this truck sat and sat and sat with zero traffic stopping them. I honked to let them know I was there and so he responded with a long blast of his air horn. I then tried to drive around this truck, and so he waited until I was almost past, then pulled out and tried to race me. I could go on but I won't. I will add that this grumpy crap hauler recognized my car a week later and then began similar antics. Cannot believe DOT would license someone who drives like this. I have called this business to ask to speak to the driver and I will update this if I receive a call back. Given my experiences I would not recommend this business. I have a further update. This pro now honks his air horn when he drives past my house. Isn't that great! Professionalism at its finest.

They recommended I call and schedule someone to come out with a camera to check it out. I was never told that I had to do it in the next few days... now I called 2 weeks later and am told I have to pay to pump it out again. If they were going to charge me to pump it again 2 weeks later, they should have told me. I would have either waited to pump it or acted sooner. They lost a loyal customer with a big mouth. He questioned me about my problem and I let him know what was going on. He asked me a couple simple questions and next thing I know he was on his way to my house because he said he had some time to do one more run before the sanitization place closed. Turns out my septic was so full that the tampons my stupid brother's girlfriend put down the toilet ended up backing up and clogging a drain. He then referred me to a draining company to have them come out the next morning and unclog the drain, he actually made the phone call himself sitting in my driveway and scheduled the appointment for me! Customer service like this goes a long way... He now has a customer forever and someone to refer more business to him.

He was fast, very friendly, and got the job done. (Thank God the rain stopped) The main office scheduled this without any issues-they answered all the questions my husband had in regards to obtaining a title V certificate that passes - and they gave him a 12-4 time that they would be there at the house (it could've taken that long, but our system was new) and their guy came into the house quickly - to check about no garbage disposal, he checked the piping in the basement - and then went right outside to continue the inspection without hesitation. Thank you for the passing title V and your sound inspection, where you contacted the town in a timely fashion too ... to get the area marked - your company did an awesome job, and we would highly recommend you in the future to anyone with septic that needs pumping or a title V inspection. They gave me an awesome quote to have the tank pumped so I figured I'd start with that since it's been at least two years since I had another company come. They cleaned out the tank and found the issue causing the overflow, which was a simple fix. The quote was low and they didn't even try selling extra work or a new system update.
