I'm at a loss for words. Since the beginning it has been nothing but issues…read more I went with an aluminum double swinging gate for my driveway. - First the incorrect gate size was ordered. It's 120 lbs. The dude said he would return the original wrong one all the way back to the valley- he never ended up doing it. So i had to order the correct sized gate then figure out how to return wrong one (large 100 lb packages) in my vehicle. Thankfully I got that squared away. - the gate was finally installed- there were some scratches but that was fine. I ordered a can of touch up from the gate company and now that is all good. - after a few days, once it warmed up outside, the aluminum (like most materials) is prone to expand in the heat. When this happened the gate wouldn't close. Or if it was closed the door wouldn't open. - i reached out to Anthony and told him the gate was sticking and immediately he got defensive saying that everything worked fine when he left after installing it. We went back and forth about who was to blame for it (him not taking any accountability); he finally agreed to come out and fix it. He put me off days and days at a time. Kept giving me dates / times and he wouldn't show up. He'd make excuses and never communicate that he couldn't make it. - He finally sent one of his coworkers out to "fix" it. He basically removed some screws and the door lock plate and said it was better. Nope. Still was sticking. - Anthony as usual got defensive and shifted the blame , calling it a "Temu Gate" and basically it's junk and everyone else would charge double he's charging. No Anthony, that's not what the problem is, it wasn't installed correctly and needed adjusted to account for *heat expansion of aluminum*. Take accountability for YOUR Temu installation practices! This is not customer service. As a customer I don't pay money to people so they can get defensive and call my products TEMU, gaslight and flake flake flake. Don't bite off more than you can chew. Eventually Anthony sent another guy out who was clearly irritable that he had to come out again. He said everything is good and i shouldn't have problems. But instead of fixing it they didn't do what the manuftr recommended to do: actually reducing 1/4" or the width of the gate as I'd mentioned needed to be done on several occasions. WHAM- next day it's hot again and it's the same BS & of course the gate won't open. I responded again- to which I got the usual snappy comment. See images below. Moral of this story: Save yourself time and look elsewhere. This is the antithesis of good customer service.

First of all, you MUST ask for CHRIS BARRETT, JUNIOR to come out for your estimate, as he responded VERY quickly. (We had another estimator the year before who let us "slip through the cracks" and forgot about us.) CHRIS, JUNIOR gave us a fair price for our wrought iron SLIDER fence with a pass gate that separates our home from our pool. The new design is so much nicer than what Acrey Fence (the previous owners of All Counties) installed for us many years ago. CHRIS, JUNIOR happily answered all questions and my calls and texts right away. I am SO HAPPY I gave ALL COUNTIES FENCE a second chance; CHRIS, JUNIOR bent over backward apologizing for the first estimator's neglect and won us back as customers with his speedy blueprint and FAIRLY PRICED quote. John was also so very nice on the phone and coordinated things with CHRIS, JUNIOR. John took our deposit, sent the receipt right away and was a big help each time I called. Kim handled our payment with the same speed and friendly attitude as John. Juan headed the three man crew who showed up on time (they were actually A LITTLE EARLY but didn't want to disturb us until my husband said, "It's okay, we are up." HOW THOUGHTFUL IS THAT????) Juan and crew worked very hard and very efficiently; removed all the old rusted fence posts and the sliding track and even repaired the concrete where the old posts had been! They were friendly and professional, making sure everything was exactly how we wanted and left the area cleaner than they found it! GREAT CREW, GREAT JOB!! I will use All Counties again; as our wooden perimeter fences will need to be redone eventually too. On January 29th & 30th, 2015 we had All Counties Fence install a 6' vinyl fence on 3 sides of our yard. We are happy with the quality of the fence and how quickly the job was done as well as the price, however my wife and I, (we're in our 80's), we not prepared for the extensive amount of work we had to do to get our yard almost back into the condition it was in prior to the work starting. The dirt that was dug up for the posts was thrown on top of flowers, plants and the lawn and it was then trampled down until it was quite solid. It took a lot of work to get the dirt off of the grass so the grass could grow. Many of my wife's flowers were buried under the dirt and subsequently have been lost. We also had to pick up numerous cigarette butts, (we're non-smokers), from the flower beds and lawn. We found 3 cigarette butts in a pile of dry leaves under a very dry shrub and I'm quite surprised that there wasn't a fire. After the crew finished the job and left I noted that one section of the fence had not been done to my liking. On February 7, 2015 I mailed a letter to the General Manager, Chris Barrett, regarding the above and stated that I would appreciate hearing from him in regards to these matters. As of the date of this entry Mr. Barrett has not had the courtesy to respond to my letter, either by telephone or mail. If you plan on having a fence installed be prepared to do quite a bit of wrok afterwards to get your yard back in the shape it was in before the fence was installed. Earl B read more

Wow! Just wow! Can't say enough good things about All Counties Fence & Supply! Several of my neighbors and I were in the market for new property fences, especially after that late December high-wind event. We had Chris Jr. come out and give us an estimate. He met with us and took his time while he explained everything from different fencing types and colors to the pricing for each. He carefully measured everything and then waited several days while we had four other fencing companies come out. After all the estimates, we all felt that All Counties was the right choice. We were not disappointed. From the competitive price and the timely/professional installation (2 days for 4 houses!) to the excellent communication with Chris, Jr throughout the process, every neighbor was very, very satisfied! And now, not only do our new vinyl fences look incredible, but they'll look that way for many years to come. We are so glad we went with All Counties, and we highly recommend Chris, Jr. as the man to work with! p.s. we also liked how Chris, Jr. emailed us a detailed breakdown of pricing for each neighbor by type of fence (wood -vs-vinyl) and for type of pricing (with and without splitting cost with neighbor). p.s.s. yet another thing we liked was the option to handle all payments over the phone with their office via credit card. This was the best experience I have ever had with a contractor. I had All Counties Fence and Supply install three fences with gates. The workmanship was excellent and the results are beautiful. Chris, Jr. and an assistant did the installation. Chris really excelled in providing good customer service. What I liked best about him was that he kept me informed throughout the whole process. He consulted with me to make sure he was providing the look that I wanted and he made several recommendations on how to make the appearance even better. I really appreciated that. Most contractors just do whatever is easiest and fastest for them without consulting the customer. The suggestions Chris made created some extra work for him, but he just said it was part of the job, and he didn't charge extra for it. I highly recommend them, especially Chris, Jr. read more

I hired All Counties Fence to replace all three sides of fencing surrounding my track home. They installed a gate on each side of my property, as well as a gate and short run of fencing for each of my neighbors. I originally reached out to them on line, after receiving a quote from another fencing company and was contacted promptly by Bob Phillips. Bob arranged to measure my property the following day and provided me with a quote that same day that beat the previous estimate. About one week later, all counties showed up to my house at 7:30 AM and by 2 PM, they had torn down all of my old fencing and were finished installing the new. John, Bob, and each of their crews that worked at my property were all very prompt, communicative, and professional. Their install team of Juan and Diego arrived early, had the old fence (34 years old) down in no time. They were very efficient in putting up the new fence, navigating my Mom's backyard "jungle", not harming her lemon trees or her prize rose plant. The gate is very nice. We love our new fence and gates! All of the staff was wonderful to work with. Bob, our estimator, came out and was a pleasure to work with. He brought up concerns that we didn't think of and immediately had fixes for them. We received the quote the next morning and not only were they the least expensive company, but had the most options for us. Even when our plans changed due to a neighbor, they worked with us and had the revised estimate immediately. When the workers came out to tear out the old fence, and install the new one, they were polite, efficient, and best of all, CLEANED UP after themselves! This is a wonderful company. All employees that I have delt with have been so very helpful. I had a gate installed about 9 months ago. Recently, I had people working on a side driveway and they took a bobcat to my gate and wrecked it right in front of me. I immediately called All Counties Fencing. Hired them to repair a wooden fence, posts were leaning from the wind. They installed 6 post masters, and while they were here I figured I might as well have them add a gate. Total cost of the job was less than I expected, and the work was completed in one day. In fact, I wasn't even home when they performed the work, but they took care to clean up so well I couldn't even tell they were here until I saw the gate and post masters. Then I noticed they even took the time and care to place the dirt they removed to place the postmasters and put it around my tree wells for me. All Counties Fence and Supply replaced our wood fence with vinyl 12/2023. Travis, our estimator, was easy to reach, answered all questions and kept in touch. They arrived when they said they would. We had two experienced crews and they finished the job in one day. They made sure that where the neighbors' wood fences intersected the new vinyl fence, that those points were secured as well. They hauled off the old fence and didn't leave any trash. We were thankful they didn't clean the cement from their wheelbarrows in our yard. We felt the price we received was fair. Fencing is one of those you just don't save up for a rainy day. All Counties came out for my quote, listened to my sob story , and then they wowed me! Saved me money, gave me the over the top finish to a front yard that needs some help. When they explained that I could do my whole sideline and gate for just a few dollars more than both sides returning to my house. The work seen here is only a small part of a nine neighbor project. The hardest part was coordinating the neighbors. The easy part was dealing with All Counties Fence and Supply. We had the smaller four neighbor's sections done first. Three trucks and nine crew showed...all done in a day. The sections I was adjacent to, the larger group, was done with four trucks and 12 crew. It was also finished in one day. There is a total of 620 Ln ft more or less and 5 gates. They were on the job by 7am, done by 2:30pm and cleaned, up everything. we live in Moreno Valley and called All Counties for an estimate on replacing a 30 yr old fence that the wind blew over. Needless to say it was past time to replace the fence and the weather was causing everyone problems. We set a time for an estimate and Leland came to our house and since it was a fence between 2 houses the neighbor came too when Leland arrived. The rep. Parker for All Counties Fence worked with me on measuring my fence and giving me an estimate quickly. He also assisted with the neighbors next door on each side. Just 1 side is 303 feet, so to my surprise the old wooden fence was removed and new fence was up in 1 day. That's how each side was done. VERY HAPPY having my privacy back. They also removed all materials wood, concrete and chain link. The workers were all very respectful. Parker always responded quickly to any questions I had. They dont tell you that, what they do is keep telling you someone will call to schedule a repair. The joke that showed up broke the gutter while trying to figure out how to repair the leak. Left us during Christmas and New Years season with a hole in the patio cover. Said he would come back after Christmas but showed up in February after me calling a million times! Finally came and put a piece to replace the gutter he broke that was a different color and looks spray painted fresh. Dont know where he got it but it didnt fix the leak. Been almost 1 1/2 years now and still no fix and when I call i get the worst customer service ever making me feel like I have no right to be angry. I have called William evey name in the book for how mad I am. Mind you this was an $11,000 patio cover and unfortunatly the 3rd install that my family did with them a if that mattered to them. All 3 installs had issues! I wish we would of waited between installs to see how the first one goes. While installing the mail strip that attachess to the house they put the bolts straight thru the wall to my room. I called them from the first day and the same thing with the run around. I have so much more to say but I could go on for hours. Im gonna sue them for all 3 properties. Save yourself the headache!

When you have 30 to 40…read morepenetrations in your roof from a solar install, chances are you're gonna have a leak - the difference in the end is based on the company that you choose to do business with, and how they handle the inevitable issues. I had a relatively minor leak almost 3 years after our Powur Solar system was installed by Guyou Roofing. After contacting them, no arguments, they did not hesitate to return with a crew who went over every penetration, and resealed them just to be sure, even though the leak was very localized to one area. They even repaired the stains caused by the leak, to our interior living room ceiling. Jesus H and the crew left no mess, were very thorough, and he explained exactly what work was performed. No arguments, and no charges for the work - Powur Solar & Guyou Roofing are Class A companies that I would not hesitate to do business with again, and I will refer them to all who ask for Solar and or roofing.

Mark was provided very thorough information and encouraged us to go with colors we love, even if the rest of the neighborhood is a bit more bland. Every day of the painting process brought visible changes and noticible progress. Mark was on site every day, and the crew was skilled and professional; the site was cleaned up daily, and final clean up was impeccable. We're really happy with the final result, and encouraged to keep working through out project lists. I'd definitely work with this company again!

Choosing colors can be scary, but Mark's expertise made it a fun breeze. In just 20 min he lead me to personal colors I love instead of settling! They discovered some previous poor drywall repairs causing problems in my ceiling and windows, sent me photos, and gave me an excellent price for the extra work. It's worth mentioning that I was out of town for work while part of the work was being done, and Mark even coordinated two utility connections that would have been delayed.
