Highway robbery!! I have recurrent clog outside of the house every 3 years that take 15mins to unclog for years so I know what the usual charge for it are. last call to a different business in Berkeley heights was $250 in 2023. the website showed the business is located in BH so I thought I was contacting the same business. this company quoted $65 just to come out and I asked the office what the charge is since I know the issue. office staff will not give any quote range. response was quick in a few hours and the actual work to unclogged was 15 mins. the price was $650!!! plus $65 coming out fee and 3% surcharge if using credit card. This is so wrong! they are charging more than physicians orr lawyers. Highly recommend STAY AWAY from this company. read more

All county sewer and drain came to unclog our septic line in 2021. The young Russian man run a sneak and camera in the line and told me the line was broken and required repairs costing few thousands of $$$. For a 45min job he asked $750 but requested to make it to Cash or the price would be $900 if the check was made to business name. I called our insurance a week later who sent their plumber. They were not only able to unclog it but said the line was only bent and not broken. It's been 5 years and we have had no issues so far. Stay away from All County Sewer and Drain. I need to report them to BBB. read more

I had a difficult clog in the bathtub drain pipe a really old building unit that had been there for months or years before purchase. The building plumber could not unclog it. Adrian did a fantastic job. We have a 100+ year old old house with old cast iron plumbing. Our toilet was overflowing and causing backup in the shower - Yikes! We called on Saturday afternoon and they were able to come out immediately at 9am Sunday. Adrian was thorough and cleared out not only the clog, but got as much scale buildup out of the pipes as he could. He cleaned the tub as well (did not expect that). Above and beyond service. My tenant had an issue with the main floor shower not draining and overflowing into the bathroom. I received the call at midnight. Shut off water and called All County. Henry was at the house first thing in the morning and knew what to do. He machine cleaned the main sewer line in order to clear blockage. Henry was professional and very knowledgeable. The owner, Gzim showed up to my house and fixed the disaster within 1 hour. He did an incredible job, left no mess, was professional and delightful to deal with. When you basement ceiling is coming down due to a massive clog in all your toilets (due to some back-up in a drainpipe 110 feet under the ground) you are at the mercy of the "fixer". I will make this short and sweet! These guys are the best! Jimmy and Henry take pride in there work. Total professionals and get the job done. Had a sewer line late night emergency. Called Roto Rooter. They sent a guy out there to solve the problem. He said it would cost $900 to snake out. I had a ill father and care taker in the house that needed the bathroom to be functional I said yes. After 4 hours of snaking he could not solve the problem. Charged me $350 for that.Said they would send there camera guy over the next day to look in the pipe. The guy shows up and did not use the camera. He proceeded to tell me that my property would have to be dug and and an external clean out would need to be installed and then the pipe would be jet washed. Total cost $5000. I got a hold of Jimmy told him what was happening and he assured me he would be there in the morning to fix the problem. Jimmy and Henry showed up and a Hour and change later the sewer line was unclogged and also had a camera run threw it to make sure. From $5000 digging nightmare to less then 1/5 of that cost. Called Henry & Jimmy and a reference from a friend and within an hour they showed up! Had a bathroom sink totally clogged and a kitchen sink draining verrryyy slowly. Henry & Jimmy knew their business, and had to use close to 60 feet of snake on two totally different lines. They were terrific, very nice guys, very careful and cleaned up after the repairs.
