They punish you for putting in work orders to get things fixed in the unit. I put in a work order because my oven wouldn't shut off and I had to unplug it. Maintenance came, disabled the oven...and left. Thats it. I asked for the weather stripping to be replaced at the bottom of the front door...still waiting. A slight infestation issue in my unit. If I have to endure weekly visits from pest control for the remainder of my tenancy, I might as well tell you about it! They spray the poison every Monday. There is no A/C, and the apartments are over 100 degrees in the summer, so you will see people with their front doors open at 2am trying to get relief. Be careful doing that though because there are random people that walk through the complex looking for an opportunity and there is no security. I have opened my door at 5am and someone has been hanging out in front of my door. Something to consider if you have health or tolerance issue. Most of the neighbors have been nice, although I was told where I can and cannot park. Laundry facilities on site do not work. Told management about that too. Never heard a thing, even though I put money on the laundry card. Never got a refund for that either. The courtyard has potential to be nice, but trash is spread throughout the complex both by residents and overflow from the dumpster. Nice park across the street. The houseless also agree! They've been getting very comfortable. The units are spacious but the value is compromised considering that you have to use the laundry mat, buy your own A/C units, microwave and dishwasher. And lastly, management will charge and change fees on a regular basis, so if you move here, you need to check your account all the time. Your monthly bill will never be the same. They add whatever they want and won't respond to questions. Enjoy your stay!

When they sent us the documents to sign the day before closing, they had the wrong address on them. It took them hours to fix it which delayed our ability to sign. They then had the nerve to ask us if we wired the money before they fixed the documents. When I talked to the manager about it, he was incredibly defensive and unwilling to do anything to fix the situation. Mistakes happen, but you should proofread your own documents instead of relying on your customer to do that for you. Additionally, you should own up to your mistakes and try to make it right instead of being defensive. If I ever need a title company, I would never use them.

The closing agent took a day to respond to my calls, then told me I had the wrong statement. Sent me an updated statement with fixes. I closed on the house, only to have her come back and say that she needed an extra month of interest for my loan, I asked her why and she said the lender required it. I went back to the lender to find out that homestead title is the one who requested a payoff through the wrong date. Incompetence is the best word to describe this company.

They would even follow up with us when we may have let a contractor slip through the cracks. I highly recommend them and all their staff has been nothing but courteous and kind. Upon initial interactions with my short term (1 month rental) the process seemed friendly enough, LOTs of emails, background check, docusigns and additional ADMIN fees not part of the original listing; just to stay in an apartment for 1 month(while I was looking for a long term place). Looking back I should have just used Airbnb to make it more seamless... Upon extension of my short term lease, I was stuck in a tough situation where I needed to make an unforeseen change to my short term lease, less than 24 hours after signing. I promptly contacted Fox Management to clearly explain and asked to make an addendum to the lease. I was met with absolutely zero flexibility, a complete lack of empathy, ignored emails, ignored phone calls, unreturned voice messages, absolute disregard for people transitioning into new living situations from Tiffany and Ross. Management cited "we're a business we have to do what is best for our business" and "we are too busy, we'll look at that later". Fox Property management touts.... "smooth, thoughtful, guest centered operations" "bringing a sense of ease, comfort, and care into every stay".... I was met with the complete opposite from the short term management team. I can wholeheartedly say that this company has zero interest in helping you have a smooth experience, and is solely operating to gouge you with extra fees and maximize their return and benefit on the already overpriced properties they manage in Boulder. Some of the staff (Geol) worked in a similar capacity for the neighborhood previously and did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, then they show up like a "new" organization and old Geol, who did nothing for at least 6 years, starts enforcing covenants. It's a super scam that he caused the problems and then comes in like he's going to suddenly start fixing things. My guess is that there is some form of nepotism or other shady dealings at work here. This organization is not professional or seasoned and I would steeer waaaaay clear of these fools. Not sure how they got the contract, but I'll be moving out of this shithole neighborhood ASAP.
