It seems like the company is not well-coordinated, and I ended up having to look elsewhere for help. I hope they improve their internal communication and reliability for future customers.

I was stuck early one morning with a keyless entry Ford Edge SUV (with what I learned later was…read morelikely a failing battery). I couldn't open the doors or start the car. The physical key was also giving me problems so I couldn't even get into the vehicle. I contacted other locksmiths, but Mark was came in at a great price and tried to walk me through testing the key fob, swapping its batteries, the physical key and anything else that could be wrong.
