All Day Towing is just that ..all day. Almost bounced the back of our truck off his flat bed because the tie down strap that was shreds to begin with tore in the middle of Cornell. Torn up tie down straps knotted together broke not once but twice on a 2.5 mile trip. Couldn't figure out how to load out of the parking stall, so he rolled it down the hill unsafely almost hitting cars and walking children in the apartment complex, needlessly blocked cars in the parking lot when he could started the loading 2 feet forward and been just fine. Took for over 45. minutes just to.load and then started to go the wrong way had phone in hand trying to enter address while stopped in the middle of Murray Blvd. Argued where to drop it. One and 25 minutes from arrival to drop off 2.5 miles away. (not including the time to get to complex). Don't use this company; call your provider and request another tow company. Worst towing experience ever! After waiting for 2 hours they showed up and said it would be $75 more than our insurance (Allstate) would pay. When we questioned that and got the insurance back on the phone who confirmed there should be no additional cost to us because they are contracted the driver said to us have fun waiting another 2 hours for another tow company to come and drove off. read more

This tow company really is amazing. They were called by my insurance company to get my vehicle that was damaged. A young lady called to let us know when she would get to us. She was very polite and helpful. I naturally assumed she was a secretary or dispatcher but I was wrong. This young lady showed up about 15 minutes later. SHE WAS THE ACTUAL TOW TRUCK DRIVER!! I would give them 0 stars if I could. This company is extremely unprofessional and the owner does not take responsibility for his drivers mistakes. There are a ton of tow truck companies around so save yourself damage to your vehicle and the hassle of trying to get them to repair the damage by using another company. I've been fighting for 3 months now to get them to repair damage they caused while I was riding in the truck with the driver so I saw it first hand. I tried to work with multiple insurance companies but it appears they jump from insurance company to insurance company as 2 that I've contacted said they no longer insure them. I've finally reached my breaking point and am now filling a lawsuit against them this week for the damages. After 2 hours of waiting in car stranded on the highway they would hang up the phone until I got someone else to call. I had a roadside assistance come first sent by my insurance company and he couldn't figure out how to get my flat out from under my car so I thought I needed a tow. All day towing saved the day. After calling for a tow truck from another company the night before, and was told they were on their way and would be there in 30 minutes, it was all set and I could leave my keys in the car with my car unlocked. They would drop it at Subaru no problem. I woke up to a call from Subaru this morning saying they did not have my car. So long story short the other company couldn't find my car so they just left it all night on the side of the freeway, unlocked, broken down, with keys in the car and never called me to tell me that no one had picked it up. All Day Towing was notified from my insurance that I needed a pick up ASAP. John called me to tell me he was on his way, clearly still very upset, his exact words were "Not to worry we're on our way and we will make your day better soon." So in traffic, John shows up very quickly and immediately says I've got this and we'll get your car to Subaru. John then calls me and leaves a message that my car has arrived and Subaru has my keys. I text him thank you, his reply via text "Not a problem, you have a wonderful day and if there is anything else we can do to help you in the future please don't hesitate to call us." Boom! You call them late and they don't answer....? Also, the other day I was driving back home from work on a smaller back road that was a 35 MPH. I was going a bit faster than 35 and a towing truck pulls out of a drive way about 30 feet in front of me. I had to slam on my breaks to avoid hitting the back of it and then the driver continues to drive at 10 MPH. So I gave him a honk and put my hands up like "What's going on?" I thought he might be trying to do something so I got in the left turning lane to pass him but, he sped up and cut me off. Then he goes 15 MPH and is throwing his hands up and yelling at me. So I down shifted and passed him in the next turning lane to try and get away from him and I get to a red light and he pulls up next to me (I get my phone out to take video) and he yells "There's already cameras on the truck!" I said, "OK." He could have waited two seconds for me to pass in the first place and took his sweet time but no, he had to be a dick head. So I called the company (At around 4:30pm) and got some lady that "Could transfer me to a manager or HR." She took my information and I told her what happen and she said I'd get a call back from the manager. Never heard from them. I nearly got hit by a two ton truck.... Thanks. read more

Jason of All Day Towing saved the day for us. Roadside Assistance had been called out to help us out on the previous day. Their man spent his time grumbling and never managed to find a way to change the tire. He claimed that with his tools he would be unable to do the job. Therefore, he simply filled the tire with as much air as possible in the hope that we could limp home (5 minutes away.) Today we called for a tow. We were informed it would be 45 minutes before Jason could arrive. Lo and behold! There was Jason 15 minutes later. He immediately took a look at our situation and was puzzled why the previous day, a supposed professional was unable to simply change a flat tire. Jason informed us our options. The simplest was to drive with him two blocks, reasonably inflate the donut, return and change out the flat tire. The whole process, start to finish, took perhaps 15 minutes. (The other option was to simply tow us to our choice of location to have the tire (actually we had all 4 tires) replaced.
