Horrible experience. I waited over 4 hours this morning for a tow truck and it never showed up. Then, after losing 4 hours of work, I scheduled one for 4:30-5:00, and they decided to show up at 3:20, when the driver who wasn't respectful at all, tried to convince me to leave work so he could tow my car. The dispatcher also was very condescending when she called me. I wish I could give this company 0 starts. I specifically told my insurance company never to send me their help again and will probably even switch insurance companies because of them. read more

Moe and his son picked me and my friend up from the middle of nowhere on Sunday (Baring, WA). We are from Tacoma and our car broke down after a camping trip. Our insurance company arranged for us to be dropped off in Sultan where there were no places to stay overnight and the auto repair shops were all closed. Moe didn't want to leave us stranded and helped us negotiate with the insurance company to be taken to Everett. He and his son were incredibly helpful and friendly. I see that others have not had as positive of an experience, but I would recommend them to anyone. I imagine that people just do not write yelp reviews when they have had positive experiences. read more

AVOID THIS COMPANY! They will rip you off. They charged $1200 instead of $270. My insurance company called All Day Towing. It took 70 minutes for the tow truck to arrive. The driver had no warning signs to alert traffic and no flashlights, so it was very dangerous, and a car almost ran into the winch cable that was stretched 4 feet above the road. It took him 50 minutes to winch the car out of a ditch, but All Day Towing charged 1.5 hours. The tow driver said he could not drop the car off at the auto repair place, which was ten minutes away and had already said to just drop the car off if they were closed, which is standard procedure. Because it took so long for the tow truck to arrive, the auto repair shop was closed by that time. Rather than leave the car at the auto repair shop as I asked, All Day Towing charged 1.5 hours to drive it to their lot, then another 1.5 hours to drive it to the auto repair place the next morning. In addition, they charged $275 per hour, so the insurance company ended up paying $1200 for what should have been 1.5 hours at $180/hour - the standard negotiated rate for insurance companies. Normally, I wouldn't know how much All Day Towing ripped the insurance company off. Typically the auto repair shop pays the towing charge and gets reimbursed by the insurance company, so it's easy for a towing company to inflate the charges without anyone knowing. Because the bill was so exorbitant the auto repair wouldn't pay for it so I had to go there and pay for it, which is how I found out what they charged. read more

WARNING PET OWNERS: our car breaks down on the freeway with the temperatures reaching over 90. Call our road side assistance from Kia that happens to be all day towing (this time, it ranges!) We told them we had a large breed dog with a kennel in our car. After waiting 2 hours on the side of the freeway we get a call that they will have to cancel the towing because, exact quote from driver with truck number tow5314-8 that he "didn't read his notes so he can't help us." My fiancé said it is not her fault he didn't read his notes to proceed with the tow, and of we had to walk off the free to keep the dog safe and wait for a taxi we would. He then proceeded to have us place our dog back in her kennel on top of the tow truck because we "didn't have any other option". Even though the cab of his truck was big enough for us. He proceeded to get on the phone to one of his buddies laughing talking about how he hates dogs and Shepard had attacked him before so that's why he had is place her in the back of the non conditioned cab. I would give them ZERO star or even NEGATIVE star if I could. My car's engine won't start and was stuck outside a campus building at a pick up zone. Called dealership's roadside assistance and they arranged towing with All Day Towing. Promised to come within an hour as I said I was in a safe area. 1 hour and 15 minutes after I got an automated voice message saying the tow truck will arrive in 15 minutes. Liar! We waited for almost 2 hours and called All Day towing directly, got yelled at by the operator saying they allow 2 hours and the truck is running in late, hung up on me after I said okay...... half hour later I received an automated call again saying the order should have been completed and asked for my feedback. And my credit card was already charged for the towing fee WTF?! I called roadside assistance and was waiting to get a live person for over 20 minutes. They said the truck was running in late because of some sort of delay and should be there in another 20 minutes. I was stuck, couldn't go anywhere because I couldn't leave my car in that spot without someone watching. Total wait was almost 4 hours. Truck finally came. The driver said he called me but couldn't reach me. End up I figured his company gave him a wrong number. F them! The driver was nice and professional though. That's why he deserves 1 star. I will start by saying that Yelp should allow a "Zero" stars and below ratings as on that range is where I would rate All Day Towing. On January 5th/18 at around 1:30 AM, I woke up after hearing noises out of my apartment window on the parking lot, when I picked outside I saw a brand new red tow truck with the "All Day Towing" logo on its door with the engine running. I didn't make a big deal out of it thinking that someone was being towed in and went back to sleep. I was woken up several more times in a 40-minute lapse. I saw the driver going back to the tow truck several times looking for slim jim tools and what appeared to be a white plastic sheet. I decided to open the door and talk to the guy, but he ducked in front of a Mini Cooper. I got on the phone and called the cops, but the tow truck left in a hurry and dispatch canceled the call. Sure thing the next morning a GPS unit was missing from the Mini Cooper. When called and asked about this incident and after describing the truck and driver, the All Day Towing owner denied one of his drivers was in the area that night. You be the judge. read more

I give this company ZERO stars (yelp forces you to pick at least 1 star)! They are absolutely HORRIBLE!! Mohammed called me on my phone and yelled and barrated me because I wasn't at my car (which they knew I wouldn't be). He yelled at me for not answering my phone and not calling them back right away, even though they never left a message on my voicemail, so I had no idea they were trying to get a hold of me. Once I got to my car, "Moe" (states he's not Mohammed) I voiced my frustration and instead of hearing me out, he got in his truck and left me there. It was horrible!! This company is the worst nightmare ever!! I BEG all of you to boycott this company. I have not read one positive review on this company, they treat everyone so bad and they don't even have a manager available to talk to unless per another customer service person, you call at 8:00am. I was charged almost 400.00 from this company for less than 2 hours of service! I parked in a lot where this ice cream establishment was closed before 11am. I decided to walk my child across the street to the park (I figured I would come back after it opened). I come back 1.5 later my car was gone. Find a cab, go retrieve my car and had to pay this ridiculous amount! The company would not even consider giving me a break either as I told them my financial situation (full-time student, single mother, not working). They tell me this line of bull about how they report their earnings to the police which is a line of bull because it wasn't a police warranted impound!! Yea nice Lexus and shiny rims by the way!! I had the pleasure of almost being rear ended and then pushed off the road by these ass clowns!! As you can see by their other reviews they are unprofessional well they drive that way as well!! I called the WSP as well as WSP commercial vehicle enforcement as there was no excuse for their drivers driving. I was on 520 with a almost empty highway when their driver came flying up on my tail when I had to slow for the curve to get on 405 their driver was not responsive and almost rearended me. Then once we got on 405 I was in the carpool lane when the same driver just decided to join me in the carpool lane! I had to go 80 to check up to get the name of this reckless company. well let's see all day Towing I broke down on 128 it took him 4 hours to get there. then he gets there and he does 22 miles an hour all the way down I-5 to north Everett and I'm going to Lake Stevens with snow chains on the highway when there's no snow so I guess the north Everett he says he needs to take off his chains so he can go a little faster the whole ride there he said on the phone talking about how much money he's got and and profanity in front of my wife the whole time swerving all over the road and nearly crashing the truck so I recommend that anybody that needs a tow should just like their car on fire before calling this company because they are the worst company in the history of tow truck drivers. The name of the company says it all...All Day Towing because it takes all day to get a tow truck. Literally took them about 2 1/2hr to get to me when they originally said 1 1/2hr, which I thought was long anyway, and then tried to lie and say there was an accident on the road with terrible traffic. First call said they would be there in an hour, second call after 1.5 hours said they would be there in 30 minutes, third call after another hour said they would be there in 15 minutes. After 3 hours gave up and called Jim's Northgate Towing who arrived in 15 minutes. It was the middle of the day and normal weather, so no reasonable reason for such poor service. read more

Got stuck in a serious bind tonight when my car threw a piston and died on 99. Not only did the tow truck show up quickly, but Arlo was a huge help to get me across town to a dealership before they closed, and stuck around to see that my car got dropped off in the right place. Really helped me out when I needed it. I think for towing their prices are not ridiculous (in comparison to all the other towers out there). I'd definitely call again. read more

My car dealership has 24 hour roadside assistance and used this company to tow my car when it wouldn't start. I specifically told them that my car was in an apartment garage with a low clearance. The towers showed up, made it through the garage and down to my car, hooked it up, and then claimed that their boss called and wouldn't authorize the tow because of the clearance. I had been waiting an hour at this point and am now scrambling to find another towing company with some degree of competence. I am extremely disappointed in their lack of service and will recommend that all of my friends and family stay away from this awful company. read more

Found out my car was towed by these guys and was afraid I wouldn't even be able to get my car back! They are not actually located at the location listed online or on their signs. There's at least 4-5 different phone numbers I had to try, and had to get the address for where I could pick up my car from one of the towing guys. Then when I got there, it's a tiny hole-in-the-wall place that looks super sketchy, and nobody was there! Very disappointing. I was in a car accident at 8:40 am. The insurance company called All Day Towing to come pick up my car to transport to the service shop at 9:15 am. I was given a 1 hour time quote for their arrival. I called them at 10:30 when the tow truck had not arrived. They said the truck was at another call. It would be another 30 minutes. I called back at 11:15 am when the truck had not arrived. They said the driver was still on another call. It would be another 20 - 30 minutes. At 1:20 pm when they still had not shown up, I called them back. The operator said the air brakes on the truck had now gone out and they were cancelling my tow request. They came back an hour later (this was not an emergency situation) and with a flat bed. Simple and straight forward and the driver was all about customer service. Don't use All Day Towing. I was not with my vehicle and I was supposed to meet the driver there at a specific time. The driver arrived early, normally a good thing, but he left me a message saying that he left 15 minutes prior to our appointed time for another call because I wasn't there yet. I arrived 10 minutes prior to our scheduled time, about 5 minutes after he left. It is only proper etiquette to wait until the appointment, if not 5 minutes or more after. Was running late for work already, when I went out to get into my car I noticed I had a flat tire. I called my insurance who must have called this company glad they did. not only did they come quickly but he was very friendly, i had no idea where the spare was or if i had one. he looked for me and got it changed within minutes so i could be on my way. By far the BEST towing experience I have ever had. I needed a tow to BMW in Seattle from Kirkland and called my roadside assistance for a tow. It happened to be one of those Seattle days where the rain was a torrential downpour and the freeway was a parking lot. They dispatched All Day Towing and told me they would be about 70 minutes. While I was waiting, I happened to look up the reviews on Yelp. I was horrified about what I had read. I called my roadside assistance and they could not cancel the dispatch. I then called my boyfriend to express my concerns, but he told me to give the company a chance and not worry about the reviews. I am so glad I listened. The owner showed up 20 minutes early. He was professional, friendly, and extremely fast. As he was waiting for me, he even helped another lady jump her car on the property. My day started horribly and ended on the other end of the spectrum after receiving such exceptional customer service. I highly recommend this company and will use them if I ever need a tow in the future. read more

My car broke down on the side of the highway after overheating. I was referred to All Day Towing through my insurance company after needing roadside assistance. At first the process seemed easy and had an ETA within the hour. After they did not show up, I called the company to see when they would arrive, and the owner informed me it would be at least another 30-45 min because of an accident. When I called state patrol to report my car on the side of the freeway, the operator informed me there was no accident and to call the tow truck company back. When I did, the owner was rude and told me there was an accident and it would still be another 30-45 min. The tow truck did come 3 hours later, after I had to go unsafely move my car off the side of the freeway so it didn't get towed by another party. When it finally arrived the driver, David, was very friendly and helpful about where to take my it. Overall, I would not use this company again, but would recommend David to tow any day! read more

I had called All Day towing to come and tow my car in Bellevue. I waited over an hour in the freezing cold, and had to call them at least 5 times to find out when the two truck would get here. When it arrived the driver unlocked my car and it took all of one minute. He said the service charge was $93.00 When I went to write a check, he informed me that they did not accept checks. i called the towing place 5 times and not once did anyone tell me they did not accept checks. this should have been the absolute first thing they told me. I have called other tow trucks in the past and they have accepted checks. When I offered to send them payment, the boss told me no and that I would have to give them something of collaterall. The only thing I had besides my wallet was my new cell phone, my only means of communication. They then informed me that if I did not drive all the way to Seattle the next day to pay them, they would impound my car and it would cost me over $400 which I am unemployed and don't have. The driver was very apologetic and nice. I wish I could say the same for the business. If they don't accept checks that is the FIRST thing they need to let customers know. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I called for a twenty block tow of my dead car and was told they would be there in an hour...a ton more time than I wanted to wait. After an hour and a half I called the driver only to learn that he had turned around en rout to take a higher priority call without bothering to notify me. When he finally arrived, in a truck fit to pull a dump truck out of a canyon, I was given a bill that was twice what I had ever paid. I gave him my card and was told he can't take a card!!!! he only accepted cash. At this point I should have just told him forget it but I had already invested almost three hours and couldn't waste any more time. I ran to a cash machine and returned with $160 for a $143 bill! Guess what...he couldn't make chage.
