Excuse me, but do people really leave the dentist office with dirty teeth? I saw the dentist for all of 5 minutes where he tried to sell me a mouth guard and once I told him I already had him he ran out the room like I had the plague. No discussion of my X-rays or teeth. I had to ask the tech who was trying to shove me out the door without the cleaning that I had scheduled ( the waiting on the phone for 10 minutes just to schedule an appointment should have been my first clue to run) if I had any cavities or other findings from the exam (which was as mentioned brief and fingers smelled like garlic). Got a bill after for 3D X-ray that was never discussed so yet another attempt to nickel and dime you if the mouth guard spiel doesn't work. Also had sores in my mouth after from them not being gentle with the X-ray plastic mouth bites. Beware!!

The new patient paperwork is available online to fill out prior to your initial visit. I had already used up my x-ray benefits and the front desk was very quick to discuss with me what the charge would be with insurance. After I was seated in the exam chair, which is comfortable by the way, I was greeted by one of the doctors to discuss my toothache symptoms. Dr. Lewellen detailed my x-ray scans and described everything in simple terms as well as the necessary action plans needed to keep my teeth in good shape. Unfortunately, I needed a root canal in order to relieve my sensitivity and they were able to fit me in the same day. Dr. Budhani (the dentist who owns the facility) was brought over to perform the procedure and was very informative and provided a calm atmosphere before they began the procedure. Both doctors and assistants were professional and made me feel at ease with the procedure and continually checked on me throughout the procedure to make sure I was doing alright. This is a fantastic establishment staffed by professionals who truly work hard to make their patients feel at ease and comfortable. I'm so happy with the work done and would gladly recommend Drs. Budhani and Lewellen for anyone seeking a dentist who genuinely cares about his/her patients!

I'm out $300 now because my insurance notified me they, in fact, won't cover the crown. This is very poor practice on the part of the provider. Make sure you ask if a procedure is covered by your insurance before you let the dentist do anything! And set up a payment plan in writing beforehand, too! My dentist did not offer a payment plan! Some people don't take all the necessary steps in a process. I've had good experiences here otherwise, but I'll be much more careful. This is shady on their part.

I'd become one of those cranky skeptical people when it came to dentists because my last few, um,…read moredidn't go so well. But, Dr. Britton and his staff have restored my faith in humanity, or at least in dentistry. I found him through my insurance company provider list, while looking specifically for sole practitioners (NO CORPORATE CONGLOMERATES!) that were nearby who had been practicing for a reasonable amount of time and who have a degree from the 1st world. (I don't care where my docs are from, I only care where they went to school.) Because I have phone anxiety calling businesses I was happy to see they have a website with an appointment form. I filled it out. Amy at the front desk called me back pretty quickly and boy, is she nice and friendly! She was very accommodating and made an appointment for me the very next morning. She's just as nice in person, folks. Brynne was my hygienist and she too is a very nice lady, recently moved here from Washington State. She told me how when she first moved here she was temping and planned on continuing to temp because she only wanted to work three days a week, but she loved Dr. Britton and his staff so much she came on full time, and assured me I had made a wise choice. They seem to have very modern equipment and digital x-rays that they can take from your chair, which is nice. Dr. Britton himself is very pleasant and personable, he introduced himself as "the guy who works in the back", haha. He explained what was going on with my teeth very clearly and presented options and was obviously very sensitive to the fact that it was going to cost a lot of money to fix the massive mess that my mouth had become. I know his assessment was accurate as it matched what I was told by my last dentist, and he showed me exactly where the problem spots were on my x-rays. This morning I started getting it all fixed. He had feared I might need a root canal in one tooth, but decided after he dug out the decay that since we hadn't reached the nerve yet, we might be able to avoid it which would save me money and pain. So, he did a deep filling instead. We'll see how that goes. What really impressed me about the experience was that it was actually pretty pain-free. He explained what he was doing every step of the way and they pre-swabbed the gum with a topical before giving me the novocaine so I didn't feel the shot. I didn't feel pain during the procedure at all. I was warned I'd be sore afterwards and told to take advil, which I did, and which seems to be working. I still have several more teeth to get fixed, he recommended doing it in steps so that I wouldn't have to sit with my mouth open all day. I think that was a good call. All in all, I'm very happy with him and his staff. They work with CareCredit and Wells Fargo for financing if you don't have insurance or have insurance like mine that barely scrapes the surface of the bills. And, with how easy it was to get an appointment and completely hassle-free and more importantly pain-free, I'd say you can't go wrong coming here. (of course, I can't guarantee your visit will be pain free as your teeth may vary).

Checking in, they called me by name, despite never having seen me before, and filling out all the "new patient" forms was all done electronically, via tablet. I was hesitant about going here and it being just a chain place that would suck. I mean they have sassy billboards and radio spots promoting sexy teeth. I grew up going to the same dentist, sitting in the same chair, looking at the same yellowed walls... totally different experience 15 years ago at the traditional dentist. Called to get an appointment and a week later here I am on my way to sexy teeth. This location is convenient. Although I despise this parking lot---people don't follow the arrows--there was no issue getting in and out this time perhaps because we had a morning appointment. As we walked in the receptionists stood to greet us. They smiled and we joked around as we checked in. We were offered water and a snack while we waited. Waiting area is nice and comfortable. Didn't wait long before being called back. Every step was explained. Light massage chair and choice of Netflix or Pandora helps ease the anxiety. X Rays are annoying but part of the process and doesn't take long. Impressions for the whitening trays took just a moment. The tech explained everything and was really nice. The doctor came in and took a look...then time for the cleaning. We joked about it sounding like Mario Bros soundtrack. Once finished, she brought my bag with my new trays and explained how they worked. Bag included whitening gel, full sized whitening toothpaste, sensodine toothpaste, toothbrush and of course floss. We set our next appointment while I was still in the chair and received a text so I could place it on my calendar. Overall easy process and comfortable in an environment I tend to have anxiety about. Now I'm on my way to sexy teeth.

But, she loved it so much and it had been a couple of years so I went. This one is on the second floor of a shopping complex. Parking in the tiny lot is TIGHT! I had made my appointment in person and when I got there I had to do this huge list of questions on an ipad or whatever. Any reason I couldn't do all that before I came in? It took awhile to get through. The lobby is super cute. First they took a bunch of xrays. Both standing and when seated. This was annoying because I didn't request them, nor did I think I needed them. I am highly suspicious of this mandatory activity as I don't think it adds any value to me, which it didn't, but I would guess they charge your insurance for it and make a few bucks there. Kind of annoying and weird. In my younger days, you got examined by the dentist and xrays were only needed for a problem. I know it's all high tech now but hey I should have been given the option to say no. They seated me in one of their chairs. Asked if I wanted to watch Netflix or listen to music. I said no I didn't care. Here's what's weird; There's a big tv in my room and it's playing music from spotify or whatever, and it shows the album cover. Whoever was in there last must have chosen smooth rap or something - the album cover was - I kid you not - a naked woman on a bed in a compromising position. No outright nudity was shown, but highly inappropriate to have that up during your dentist appointment. Thankfully the song soon changed. Dentist came in, gave me a look, said xrays were good, which I already knew, and that I had no cavities. Yay. They left. The other practitioner/nurse? Did my cleaning. I hate these especially now when you don't get to spit. I hate that suction thing and that gritty toothpaste. I got told "DO YOU DRINK COFFEE" which I said yah I'm a white guy. "OH I SEE STAINING HERE" - And your point is....? Didn't say they would remove the stains or that I should do anything moving forward so.... weird. Easy on the flossing please - tasting blood is not something I want in any appointment, ever. When I left I was spitting blood and bits of bone? tartar? toothpaste? All of the above? into the parking lot. God I couldn't wait to get home and RINSE. Had an email when I got home with instructions on how to use the whitening kit they DIDN'T give me. Nor was I told I was geting one. Another charge to my insurance without my consent or knowledge? Will I be getting another wonderful mystery bill in the mail for items insurance magically decides not to cover for some reason? Not a fan.
