Once we scheduled, we received text updates with our upcoming appointment, which was helpful. The text messages showcased the window of time when the technician would arrive and the date. On the day of the service we received a text that stated our technician's name and the that they were on their way. When our tech arrived he rang the doorbell, let me know he was here for service and got to work. When he completed the job he rang the doorbell again and let me know the different ways we could pay: invoice via email, check, CC, etc. All in all it was a quick and painless process. read more

Do not use this company. I am on a well and have as sulfur problem. I had All Florida Soft Water install a system in February of 2024 at a cost of $4,200 - I was assured that the system would solve my problem - it did not and after repeated calls and service visits, they sold me on spending another $2,200 to install a peroxide system - guaranteed that would fix the problem. Ater spending $6,400 with them my sulfur problem is worse than it was with my ten plus year old system they replaced. At this point, they do not return my calls and repeated texts requesting service - I have repeatedly said I would pay whatever to fix it and still nothing. UPDATE: updating my review because they did call and they did fix my sprinkler. Apparently the guy came out to fix it, but didn't knock on my door or call me to tell me he was here or that it's fixed... so I had no idea when they took care of it. **** I really didn't want to leave a bad review because they did technically install a water softener for me. The install was quick. They came out for a consult, and I had a water softener by the following week. Granted, it wasn't WHERE I wanted the tanks (I wanted it in the garage), but I trusted they know best and decided to place it outside. During the install, they broke my sprinkler pipes. They either didn't know, or just didn't bother telling me... I found out the hard way when my yard flooded. I texted the rep, he said someone would be out the next day to fix it. Next day comes, no one called nor came out. I waited another day. Still nothing. I finally called them. They said they'd have someone out the following week "on Tuesday". Tuesday comes. No calls. No show. I called them again. They said they'd check on the status and would call me back. Guess what? I haven't heard anything. It's been over a week and my sprinklers are still busted. I consider myself a pretty patient person, but this experience has been frustrating and disappointing to say the least. It's like they stop caring as long as they got their money. I hope I'm an outlier. But if you're installing outside, just be sure they absolutely HAVE to, and I'd recommend keeping an eye on them to make sure they don't break anything in the process... Oh, and run your sprinklers before you pay them. Lesson learned. read more

Disappointed. We wanted to buy equipment from a local company despite the fact that we knew we could get it less expensive at Home Depot or Lowe's. We payed a premium for their whole house softener system and RO equipment (and a lot of extra $$for the additional reverse osmosis machine for extra clean water in our kitchen). After only 5 yrs, the equipment has become pretty much useless garbage and when my husband called them to ask for suggestions on how to rectify the problem, their response was, oh well, can't help you and don't really care. I chose their best equipment and I'm very pleased with the result. The equipment was installed in early August 2018, and one month later all is great. I considered several companies and options before I decided, and I also listened to Costco's sales pitch for nearly an hour but nearly fainted when the Costco rep quoted the price.....well more than $1k higher than All Florida Soft Water equivalent. We relocated to Saint Augustine Florida from NC; my wife, 2 kids and myself. One thing we noticed how bad the water is and we were purchasing bottled water. All Florida Soft Water were advertising at Palencia street fair and their sales rep did an excellent job explaining their product. After wards, herself and Dave came to our house for a demo and we were surprised by the amount of chemicals in the water and how their product eliminates that and transforms the water from hard to soft.
