After only 1000 miles, the transfer case started leaking. The bolts on the adapter were not torqued down. Which caused damage to the adapter and ware on the case. Initially, I was happy with the repair. But if I can't drive it more than a thousand miles before it crates out. What else is coming down the pipe.

While we kinda knew it would not be worth the repair, my sister was able to give our mom the 2017 Chevy Volt. So we brought that in to be checked for oil change and any other issues while finding out the issue of Hyundai. We end up finding out the Hyundai was not worth the repair because it would've cost over the car value and they found out the motor issue was passed the warranty through the dealer. Also, they recommended us to use Pick Your Part to be sold to which went smoothly and quickly. That was awesome! We were able transfer all items from Hyundai to Chevy. We found out the Chevy was in great condition and gave us a detail report of it. They did an excellent job taking care of us and went above and beyond. I truly recommend this business to all my friends and family. Everyone in my household now comes here.

About a year and a half ago, they recommended replacing part of my front suspension (I believe the struts). When I picked up my truck, it had a loud clunking noise over every bump. I took it back, and the owner rode with me, heard the noise, and had it corrected. After that, the clunking was gone. A short time later, I started hearing a metallic clanking from the left rear of the truck. When I looked underneath, I found a hammer lodged near the rear axle housing that had been left behind during the repair. I removed it and returned it to the shop. The employee simply thanked me--no apology or acknowledgment that leaving a tool on a customer's vehicle was unacceptable. Then, about two weeks ago, I brought my truck in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. About a week later, I noticed one of my rear wheel center caps was missing. Since the center cap is retained by the lug nuts, it doesn't simply fall off, I am sure they forgot to put it on when they rotated my tires. I called the shop, but they said they weren't aware of forgetting to put on my Toyota center cap, nor do they have one sitting around that may be mine. As a result, I'm shopping on eBay to replace it. Not good..!! I don't know what has changed, but the attention to detail at Alonso's isn't what it used to be. Unfortunately, they've lost my business. I can't recommend them anymore. If you do choose to use them, inspect your vehicle carefully before you leave. I should have done the same instead of driving off after a service and assuming I received the same quality service I'd experienced for so many years.
