Just picked up my Ford Hybrid, saved at lease $2000 compare to Ford dealers in Upland and Ontario Bill is so reliable and fast on the diagnosis, which costs only $129 comparing to Dealer's estimate of $1260. (That's right, the ford dealer wanna charge me $1260 just to diagnosis, not for any repair) It turned out that my car had rodent problem and after re-wiring everything goes back to normal. This is a costly repair but i think the costs are very reasonable. Bill did a great job on cleaning my engine, see pictures by yourself. Highly recommend to anyone in the region. read more

I stopped by this shop stating that I believed I was leaking manual transmission gear oil. They offered to do a diagnostics for $85. After the diagnostic, they confirmed that I was leaking gear oil, and suggested that I take my car to a transmission shop, because they don't work on transmissions. Perhaps my first question should have been "Do you work on transmissions", because if I had know they didn't, I would have gone to a different shop for a diagnostic. Bill is magic! My 2012 Ford Focus SEL suddenly and unexpectedly stalled while driving on the freeway without any warning or prior indication that something was wrong. I described my experience to Bill and informed him of how my car had been behaving since it stalled - sometimes it would turn on and other times it wouldn't. When it wouldn't turn on, there was also zero power in my vehicle. He asked me to pop open my hood and start the engine. It didn't start. He messed with something underneath the hood, and it started. Not only was he able to get it to start, but he was also able to replicate the exact experience I had when it stalled, and how it had been behaving since it stalled. Bill listened with exceptional care and concern. And, knew what the issue was immediately. Within a few hours of dropping it off, he called me to describe in detail what repairs I needed and their respective costs. I left it overnight and was able to pick it up the following afternoon. I have an EcoBoost engine on my stupid Ford Flex, same BS as an F150, and the boosters shouldn't have failed before 100k miles (!) but they did. This is a hugely expensive problem, Bill's Auto Repair did a great job resolving this issue for less than the dealer. Reviews on Flex forums tell me many dealers and mechanics fail to resolve this properly; Bill's searched our entire system until he found all the broken parts of the booster all the way back in the catalytic converter. What an amazing experience. I recently Purchased a BMW for my son. It was a used vehicle, and with in the first month of owning it we were already having issues. It was my worst nightmare... car shuts down on the 10 fwy in the fast lane. Yes it really did happen. I indeed lived to tell, freeway patrol got me to safety; tow guy however wanted 800 to get me back to my mechanic in LA county... Seriously?!? This place is a rip off I'm filing a small claims on this guy I took my car in and it had a check engine light n he kept my car few days told him it was a solenoid n he insisted on a diagnostic right 78.00 that finds the problem right ? But no he said he was gonna try something n flush my engine he messed my car up I had to have it towed out of his shop n it only went on reverse he charged me 200 for what to mess up my car ? Bill Saved My Car I changed my spark plugs on 2004 Lincoln Navigator. When I got to the last rear spark plug, it felt empty. We looked in with a camera and saw something was in there, assumed it was a broken spark plug since these engines are known for plugs breaking off. Bill said he can check it out, brought it in. He quickly found that the plug was in there intact, BUT sitting lower then is should be. For some reason they tried "rethreading" the cylinder and went too deep leaving nothing to grip when trying to remove. He said well at least its working, just have to hope it lasts, cause when it goes out I will know and its not going to be good. To fix it would cost THOUSANDS... So he said he was going to clean up and put everything back together... Few minutes later he calls me. Says he sprayed his air gun in to clean and a black tubing shoot out. He warned that when he removed it there might be a chance it was holding/concealing something bad. But that it was hanging out the spark plug seem so he had to remove, and that it might raise it up to get to spark plug. A few minutes later he came back with the plug in hand, fully intact. The UNREACHABLE plug was reached thru some miracle. He replaced it to the right torque and said we got really lucky, plug was sitting fine and car should be fine. After he assessed the cars suspension, hoses, fluid levels. Explained alot of simple tests, what to listen for, made me feel very comfortable and confident in his knowledge of these cars(lincolns basically a ford). Only man I would trust with my car after this experience. Honesty and knowledge, what more can you ask for from a mechanic. Price was also reasonable. NOTE- brought the car in on a saturday morning, diagnosed, repaired, and did inspection, and i was home by noon. read more
