I held off as much as I could not wanting to leave a review at all... unfortunately the months I have dealt with All in Auto Group, has been the most un professional, misguided, and frustrating experience in my life. First, upon negotiating a deal and delivery of a 2013 F-350, we settled upon a delivery price. After receiving the money for the pickup (over 35k) it started to get interesting. They held my pickup for over a week demanding I pay more money to have it delivered (over $200 more). I offered the finance manager, Albert, to return my money and leave the pickup with them and void the deal. He informed me I'd be hit with fees (roughly $600) for restocking, I asked him "so I have to hold up my end of the deal but you don't have to hold up yours?" (In regards to the $200 increase in delivery charge, in a signed contract.) I tried called back after being hung up on several times but no answers. Finally after about a week of back and forth they shipped the truck, at the agreed upon price thanks to Mary having a little human compassion.
I will say the truck was clean and straight as advertised as far as cleanliness and exterior blemishes they were minimal.
Next, after 2 days of driving the truck it failed and had to be towed to the Ford dealer in Carson City, Nevada. Initial report was the install of an aftermarket "CP4 bypass kit" that was not reported to me at purchase. Paid almost $4,000 to have it removed and returned to stock.
2 days After getting the truck back I run into another issue where the Cold side Turbo pipe was also an aftermarket piece, also not reported to me, blew out. Again having to be towed to Carson City for repairs another several thousand dollars in repairs.
We tried contacting Richard, the owner we are told?, he called back once about a month ago and spoke with my wife saying that he "needed to check his records" about the truck and of course we have never received a call back.
Currently I'm having trouble getting the title from them, they've been telling us for a week that they are going to Overnight it to us but of course to no avail, no tracking number, nothing at all.
We've left messages for Richard to call us back literally every single day this week and last with nothing.
Unfortunately they haven't responded to lawyer letters as well, I will be pursuing the matter further, and will follow up here.
I'm not saying these are bad people or anything I literally think everyone at the office is kept in the dark and has no idea what's going on. Check the yelp reviews before purchasing... I just don't want anyone to have an experience like mine... we can't even register the truck because they refuse to work with us..
As soon as they cashed that check is when everything went down hill...
Please folks... buyer beware.. I truly hope this is resolved soon.. God bless. read more
