    The positive part of my experience with this dealership is my salesperson Danny went out of his way to be helpful. He even drove the car to their Santa Ana location for me to test drive. My disappointment began when I took my car to my mechanic to have it inspected. Danny sent me a picture of him standing in front of the car, up on the lift, and their mechanic inspecting the rear end of the car. See attached pictures and text. My mechanic put the car up on his rack and immediately determined this car had been in a severe accident which damaged the rear end of the car, that had been repaired and there were also many prominent areas of visible rust that had be growing for awhile. I was assured this car had never been in an accident and (you'll see from the attached pictures and text) assured it had been thoroughly inspected prior to my driving it. How frustrating and disappointing I wasn't informed by anyone at California Direct Motors of this obvious accident. So even though I would recommend Danny as a good salesperson, I can't in good conscious recommend this dealership. And I purchased my current car from another dealership. FYI- Danny's text to me Hi Christine this is Danny. Here are two pics of the car with me in there. Im having the car thoroughly inspected because i know that was a concern of yours. Thats why its up on the hoist.

    I have been trying to communicate with your general manager ever since I bought him this $15000 bill that you guys said you would take care of it and we could work something out and I said I would be fine if I could get $6000 back I understand stuff does happen but I can't get a response now my number is not in the computer there so nobody at the front desk knows what I'm talking about real convenient and then I get a $285 check in the mail and that's all you guys wanna help out with you could just call and talk to me about it. I had to keep coming in there. That's the only way you guys would even talk to me. Never answer the phone not even manually enough to call me on the phone and explain it. You just wanna send a $285 check you can keep that that's a joke.

    Do not buy a car from this place. You will have nothing but problems with the car. 2018 car had less than 65,000 on it. Almost a year to the day, needed a whole new transmission. A month later, needed a new battery. Here it is two months later, car wouldn't start. Just had it towed. Paid a good price up front, but I'm paying the price now. I've now put over $6000 into it not counting what I am going to have to pay today. Suck it up and go to a dealership and get a certified pre-owned car. Read the Carfax carefully. Make them print it clearly and legibly.

    It's been about a year with my 2022 Honda accord hybrid that Daniel helped me purchase and it's been great. I knew what car I needed and let Daniel know exactly what I wanted and what I can afford and he made it happen. Thank you guys!

    All the stars go to Fabian. He was transparent, courteous and straightforward. He helped my sister in law get into the car she wanted. I took out one star for the dealer who didn't prep the car before we took possession. Sale Stickers were still on, no car wash. Not acceptable.

    BAIT & SWITCH Business Practices! With Friends Like This, Who Needs Enemies! PLEASE AVOID!! Read for details! In the market for a used car I found a Lexus GS that has been sitting on their lot for 6 months - Car Guru showed they dropped the price several times and could not get rid of it. I saw this as leverage to negotiate - it also raised a red flag that something might be wrong with the car (still unknown). I contacted them the week of 10/13-10/17 on pricing. After asking me to come in, I found a review by Jim M. about hitting you with a secret add-on after you make the drive. I told Zach I won't be driving in until I see the breakdown because of what is being reported in reviews. There were several back and forth texts saying how important it is to be there and dodging the price question. I eventually said, "I'll just give you my number and make it easy for you." At the time, the car was listed for $31,499 (visible in price history); I made him an aggressive offer of $30,000 OTD (taxes, title & fees included) - if he could agree to that, then I'd drive down and take it. He took the offer to his GM and didn't hear back. The next day I reach out for a follow up and he says the best they can do is almost $39,000 OTD! I literally flinched. How?! I did the math myself - a sale of $31,499 should be around $35k out the door (I used 10.5% tax & $1,000 fees). After Zach heard my surprise, the cherry on top was when he said, "You know, I could possibly do a 'friends & family' discount of $1,000, but you'd have to be here." I asked for the itemized breakdown and told him I would let him know. When I opened the breakdown, it was an absolute joke! TELL ME WHY THEY INCREASED THE PRICE OF THE CAR OVER $1,000!! On 10/17 they dropped the price $200, from $31,499 to $31,299! And on that same day he quotes me a sales price of $32,399!! That "friends & family" discount was going to bring me back to the ORIGINAL SALES PRICE. What? lol In addition to the markup, there was also an anti-theft add-on of $1500! I assume this is the "tracking device" that Jim mentioned in his review - however, Jim said they charged him $1200 for it so I assume Jim got the friends & family discount on that lol To summarize, I offered $27k on a car listed for $31k; they countered with $32k plus a $1.5k add-on. Please don't shop here. PS. We never even discussed if the vehicle is in good condition, to me it's a red flag when they can't even say "this car is in great condition" as part of their negotiation. There's reviews saying they make you sign a waiver before buying - it removes their liability for selling you something they didn't fix. With friends like this, who needs enemies!

    Driving from north Hollywood to get the car that I wanted I would say was worth it for me…read moreespecially other dealerships that I couldn't go to that literally wanted me to sell my soul. I love my car but just know that used cars prices are higher in $$$ due to the inflation. Pay attention to the total price of what you are paying than you payments. Your literally buying a old car with new car prices & more. No lie I needed the car badly for work so this info couldn't stop me The process was so long but the people that work with me there were so great. The only thing I would warn about is to make sure you do a through inspection with the car (drive the heck out of the drive test to make sure the light engine doesn't go off) and make sure you get it done at the dealership no matter how long it takes !!! Do not leave the lot without getting everything taken care of. Trust me . I had a couple issues with my purchase and dealing with Bridgecrest was a horrible experience from my monthly payment to my warranty with the car . Don't have high hopes for them especially during these uncertain times (Covid). My only advice to be on top of your account with them and record any interaction with them as the reps share inconsistency in information. The warranty process is even worse,I gave up . Luckily now , my car doesn't have issues And I can enjoy it Hopefully this help Happy car hunting

    Don't sell cars that need repairs within 30 days of purchase or 5 months…read more I purchased a vehicle from DriveTime in April 2024. Within 30 days, the vehicle developed mechanical problems. Rather than resolving these issues at the dealership level, I was directed to use the SilverRock warranty. Despite continued repairs, the vehicle required a complete engine replacement in October 2024. Now in 2025, the vehicle is once again displaying a check engine light, and I am currently addressing possible transmission issues. This has been a long-term reliability concern that has required repeated service visits and significant time and effort. My review is shared for transparency so that other consumers can make an informed decision. I recommend that buyers carefully review vehicle history, inspection reports, and warranty coverage before proceeding with a purchase.

    EXCELLENT Never…read moreexpected it... Friendly, courteous, and very professional. I made a phone call in the morning and spoke to the general manager, Adrian. He took his time to prescreen, finding out what I wanted, not what was convenient for him. I gave him specifics, and he said his sales rep would call. Adrian Jr. called, and we finalized everything over the phone. He listened to everything I had to say. They worked their magic; after hearing my questions, he answered them all without negativity or saying "can't," which is huge when making a big purchase. Upon arriving at the dealership, Adrian Jr. immediately greeted me and showed me my new truck, which was ready to go. Adrian, the general manager, came out to thank me and greet me as well. I received a positive vibe and a smile the entire time. Once we sat down, I was expecting a change before putting pen to paper. BUT NOT WITH THEM!! Everything was as we had agreed upon! They never attempted an upsell. Yuri, in finance, was absolutely awesome. She knew every detail and verified the numbers. She made sure everything matched and corrected any mismatches without hesitation. She never forced upgrades or upcharges. She informed us of options, explained the pros and cons, and our decisions were made without pressure. The experience was the best, from phone etiquette to customer service - top-notch! We were blessed to get our new truck from Mountain View, and we will recommend Adrian Jr. and Yuri to anyone looking for a vehicle. Los vendedores son poco profesionales, mal informados y usan tácticas para confundir y distraer al cliente. Tengan muchísimo cuidado al firmar el contrato, ya que lo que prometen verbalmente no coincide con lo que aparece en los números finales. Lamentablemente, por la urgencia, mi esposo terminó comprando el vehículo y fue uno de los peores negocios que hemos hecho. Revisen cada cifra, cada línea y cada cargo, porque no son transparentes ni honestos. Nuestra experiencia fue engaño total y decepción absoluta.
