I want to start by saying I thoroughly read all the reviews and it is true. When you call to inquire about a vehicle you are stuck with AI. When I finally got to a sales person to help me, the lady did not have any interest in helping and was passive aggressive. I scheduled an appointment and told them I wanted to test drive it and am interested in purchasing it. I get there and salesman shows me the vehicle and its not charge or moved from the spot. I was shocked and said I scheduled an appointment and the car was dead and not ready for a drive and now you're telling me I have to come another day to test drive it? On top of that the vehicle had bald tires, front wheel trim fenders popped off and missing sensors, despite the title claims to be accident free. The pricing is pretty aggressive and competitive even with the dealership addon. However you get what you pay for. I would like to also add that the salesman said sorry for inconvenience and he said he's not in charge of setting these things up. I believe it is the owner and general manger. I found it strange that he also said that they keep getting more vehicles and they are running out of space. So they keep obtaining more vehicles but not actually selling any? It does seem really odd and maybe needs to be investigated because this place did not seem right. I went here today despite being hesitant because of the reviews, and honestly, the reviews were NOT exaggerating. My experience was absolutely ridiculous. I walked in around 1:00 PM and there was no greeting, no one directing customers, and no clear process. The lobby had 30+ people and not enough seats. It was immediately chaotic and unprofessional. The first red flag was seeing someone who had an 11:00 AM appointment still waiting around 1:00 PM just to have someone come out and show them the vehicle. That alone should have told me everything I needed to know. I went to the front desk, and instead of actually helping me, I was told it was first come, first served. I came back TWO HOURS LATER, and somehow my name had been scratched off the list. Nobody called me. Nobody contacted me. Nobody explained what happened. Even though I visited 3 time due to my unreliable car I purchased almost immediately after purchase, the car had serious mechanical and electrical issues, leaving me without a reliable vehicle and buried in stress. They were friendly when taking my money, but once the car started falling apart, accountability went out the window. Endless problems, wasted time, and zero concern for the customer. (2016 hyundai sonata ) I then called and had to get past an AI system before reaching a real person. I was told I would be transferred to a sales agent --after getting past my iPhone call screening they hung up after one ring. i called back 2x and requested to get to this sales manger and didn't hear anything within a 3h span . Despite that I still made the trip -- nearly 40 miles away -- via Uber because I genuinely needed a car. When I arrived the car I came for was already gone. A salesman sat me down at his computer and allowed me to browse their other inventory. I asked for a few minutes outside to think about my decision and came back ready to continue. I then waited hours. Not once did a single person come check on me or follow up. With only 10 minutes left before closing I selected a vehicle(2019 white tesla model 3 long range ) and rushed to try to get financing approved through my bank. My bank denied the financing not because of my credit but specifically because the mandatory $1,999 "AntiTheft Deterrent and Paint and Interior Protection" package pushed the loan over 100% LTV. This is a scam add-on that every negative review on here mentions. I asked multiple times to have the $1,999 add-on removed. They refused. I asked them to work with me on the price of the vehicle itself. They would not move a single dollar. A deal that was so close fell apart over $2,000 that they refused to budge on. i was not accommodated in any way there was no customer service aspect to the whole experience. While I was there I personally heard over 5 other customers complaining about this exact same add-on issue and concerns about warranties not being guaranteed. These are not isolated incidents this is how they operate. I am not the type to leave reviews. I support businesses and my people wholeheartedly. But what happened today was unacceptable. I Ubered almost 40 miles there and 40 miles back spending money I didn't need to spend because a deal couldn't be made over a $2,000 scam add-on that they force on every customer. I recently purchased a 2017 Tesla Model 3 from Premium Autos and unfortunately my experience during the finance portion of the transaction raised serious concerns. During the purchase process, I was told by the dealership representative that I had to purchase a $1,999 RoadVantage interior/exterior warranty in order to complete the sale. I was specifically told that they could not sell me the car unless I bought the warranty, which made it appear to be a mandatory requirement tied to the vehicle purchase. After reviewing the contract and researching the issue, I learned that these types of products are typically optional add-ons. Under California Vehicle Code §11713.18, it is unlawful for a dealer to represent that an optional product or service is required in order to purchase or finance a vehicle. Based on the way this product was presented to me, I have submitted a cancellation request within the allowed cancellation period. Because the product was represented as mandatory at the time of sale, this matter has also been reported to the California Department of Motor Vehicles Occupational Licensing Division for review. In addition, complaints have been filed with the Better Business Bureau and the California Department of Consumer Affairs so the circumstances surrounding the transaction can be reviewed. Consumers deserve clear and transparent information about optional products before agreeing to them, especially when those products cost nearly $2,000. I hope the dealership will process the cancellation promptly and improve transparency with future customers so buyers can make fully informed decisions. read more
