I am so happy with my experience from All In Auto Sales. I traveled over 500 miles and the night before spoke with them and made them aware I was interested in the truck they had listed on car gurus. Let me metion that I am a woman and I was taking this trip alone. I left my house at 3 am and arrived before 10 am to be the first on the lot and was greeted by Nicholas. He allowed me to look over, test drive the truck with no hesitation. After the test drive another interested buyer was on the lot and interested in the truck that I was looking at. Nicholas was very polite to the both of us and never made me feel rushed or that I needed to make a decision now. Even as customers were pouring in and needed attention themselves Nicholas gave me his full attention until he passed me over to Ralph to make a deal and who made my transaction as smooth as ever and really listened and worked with me authentically. He worked with me quickly and effeciently on my loan and all the paperwork again despite all the people waiting to be seen you would of thought I was the only one in there because of the quality customer service he provided me. I have had this truck on my vision board for years that isnt even made by Toyota any more so I had to search all over the USA and spoke to several dealerships. I have been working very hard to get to this point. I drove away and back to Santa Cruz with my truck by 1pm and was on my way. The drive was amazing and the very best part was I was a young lady who purchased her dream truck from people who made my experience great and worthly of the travel. Most of all as a single woman It is priceless to purchase a vehicle and to be cared for and not feel like you are taken advantage of. As a business owner, I feel it is important to warn potential customers and leadership about the practices at this dealership. My experience began last week when I brought my nephew in person to look at vehicles. Despite providing his information, he never received any follow up communication. No calls, no emails, and no outreach of any kind. Despite that experience, I chose to give the dealership the benefit of the doubt and engage personally. Unfortunately, the same pattern repeated. My credit was run, resulting in a hard inquiry, yet I never received a clear approval, denial, or explanation. I was asked to come in to test drive a vehicle, only to be told the vehicle was in the service department. I later received a call from Nick stating he would look into the situation and follow up. That follow up never occurred. From that point forward, communication stopped entirely. Calls were not returned, questions were not answered, and there was no transparency regarding the status of the vehicle or my application. This raises serious concerns about internal process and customer handling. I was fully prepared to move forward with a purchase, yet the vehicle appeared to be prioritized elsewhere without any communication. Running a customer's credit without providing a timely outcome or explanation is not acceptable business practice. Between my nephew's experience last week and my own, this dealership has demonstrated a consistent lack of professionalism, accountability, and follow through. We are back again for our 2nd and 3rd car from Richard and Ralph. Our first car that I bought from them was totaled in an accident and our first thought for another car was to go to Richard and Ralph to see if they can help us again. This time around we wanted to make sure that we wanted to get a vehicle that accommodates our family and keeps them safe as the other car did in the accident. Both Richard and Ralph sat down with my wife and I and listened to our situation and took the time to understand what we were looking for. They recommended a few vehicles on their lot. They made the financing process as seamless as possible as they already knew how much we had on our plate from the accident and yes despite some aesthetic flaws within the interior and exterior of both vehicles, I am happy to report that their are no major, mechanical, or electrical issues with either one of the vehicles we have. My husband and I have been keeping our eye out on this particular Audi at this dealer..... after being contacted by the dealer we decided to go in check it out and see the car in person. The first thing that happens at any dealer is some greats you right??? Well not here.... not only did several workers pass by us repeatedly but even when we asked if they worked their and said yes, they just responded with yeah yeah I'll let someone know and they'll help you. My husband and I both looked at each other and said well guess no one here wants to make money. Did I mention we where very determined to get the car we where looking at I mean like we carried the $$ with us! So finally after looking at the car for 30 minutes, seriously 30 minutes, being ignored and the workers chit chatting it up, we left and said you know what love the car, wish I could kidnap all the cars and take them to a place where you don't have to beg for customer service. Bought a 2015 Miata with 60,000 miles from them. The check engine light was on and Albert said he would take care of it. I bought the car and brought it to a Mazda dealer to fix. They did. It was a VVT Solenoid that needed to be fixed for $800 or so. I paid it and called Albert a day later to reimburse me. Surprise! He would not answer my call. I decided to cut my losses and move on. Two weeks later there was knocking in the engine. Brought it back to the Mazda dealer. They troubleshooted for two weeks and came to the conclusion I need a new engine. A used engine will be around $6,500 and a new one $11,000. Called Albert, he could not have cared less. Albert, I liked that conversation we had when I was buying the car about how you never get to see your family because you work so much. You know what? Knowing what you did to me, I realize your family wants nothing to do with you and are glad you are away from home all the time because you are a good for nothing liar. read more

I went here last year bought a VW GTI and loved it, my credit wasn't so hot but they got me financed and I was outta there with the car. I brought it back because it had minor issues but Richard got it taken care of with no expense out of my pocket either. Never had any problems with the car and it's been over a year, I kept it up with oil changes and etc. but now I am back needing something bigger. There were plenty of cars to choose from and I was able to leave with bigger and better trading in my old one as well. For anyone who doesn't have a high credit score this is the place to go, I left here with a lower rate than when I came before or from any other place that would finance me and that means a lot and feels great!! His demeanor was rude, condescending, and highly unprofessional. As a customer, I felt dismissed and spoken to in a manner that lacked basic courtesy and respect. Purchasing a vehicle is a significant decision, and customers should be treated with professionalism at every stage of the process--especially during financing. Unfortunately, Mike's behavior overshadowed what could have been a positive experience and reflects poorly on the dealership as a whole. BUYERS BEWARE! PLEASE heed my advice and have a third party inspect vehicles if you insist on buying from these people. They knowingly sold me a 2002 corvette with a blown head gasket. The car was patched together long enough to hold up for a sale. The car starts smoking and I am asked to drive to orange county for repairs. I live in the high desert and always working so I couldn't bring it. I just didn't drive it. I finally had the blown head gasket diagnosed by a local mechanic after less than 700 miles. $2300 for a car I can't drive and still paying for, what a nightmare do yourself a favor STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER spread then word I want as many people as possible to learn from my expensive mistake. I recently purchased a 2015 GMC Sierra 1500 from All In Auto Group. Overall, the experience was solid, especially thanks to the salesperson Nicholas Byrne who helped me -- he was professional, responsive, and made the process pretty smooth. That said, there were a few things that could definitely be improved. The vehicle wasn't detailed before delivery, which was a bit disappointing. I was also given the car with an empty gas tank, which isn't the best way to send a customer off after a purchase. On top of that, there was an error on my report of sale where my name was entered incorrectly, which caused some inconvenience. If those details were handled better, this would've easily been a 5-star experience. The customer service from the salesperson stood out, but the dealership should tighten up on the finishing touches. read more

So my sister made a deal over the phone with this guy Ralph on a truck. I spoke with Ralph and he assured me it was a great truck, no issues. My sister then drives her trade to see Ralph " who never came out of his office". When my sister arrived she saw the truck and went over to it. A nice employee started the truck for her pointing out a few small problems like no AC, power windows didn't work , power seat didn't work.
