If I could give them lower than 1 Star I would. We purchased our vehicle on 6/27/20. On the way home, the warning light for the transmission came on. With my husband following me, we pulled of the freeway and went to a gas station. My husband checked the transmission fluid and it was none in there. We went to get some fluid, added it and continued our way home. Once home, I called and spoke with Alex and instructed us to have the vehicle Monday morning. We did just that. Called Monday June 29th to get a status and were told there was no status. My husband called 6/30 and was told by Albert that he would check into it and call him back by 6:00pm. No call was received. I didn't get my car back until 7/8/20 and was told a filter in the transmission and bad and was replaced. With the pandemic, we've been cooped up in the house so we decided to take the kids out for a ride. We drove over 100 miles from home only for the transmission to go out again, forcing us to have to tow it back home. Because they obviously did repair my car, we decided to use the warranty we purchased and have the car repaired at the Cadillac delivered. Once they check out the transmission, it was discovered the transmission was salvaged. At that point, my husband called spoke with Albert and he was told he needed to speak to the owner Richard. Richard called my husband and he admitted that they did install a salvaged transmission and they would be picking the vehicle up to tow it to the shop. To add insult to injury, the warranty company said they hadn't received payment and my application was pending. On 7/23/20, Richard told my husband the car was going to be repaired at a shop in Anaheim. On 7/28/20, spoke with Albert and was told they were going to be installing a new transmission. Transmission was installed and Richard said the car will be taken to Cadillac on 7/31. In 8/1/20, I called and spoke with Albert. He said he had nothing to do with my car and that was something we needed to speak with Richard about. At this point Richard was not returning calls. Eventually he called back and we were told the car was at Cadillac in Riverside and we were given the advisor's name and number. We spoke with her and asked if she could call us direct with a status. On 8/6, the service advisor called and informed my husband the torque converter was out. Richard said he wasn't putting any more money into the car and he would give us our money back. Mind you, we've been paying insurance on the car and have spent money on the car. He even offered another car. I told him I wanted my car repaired probably. The car was picked up on and Richard said he was going to replace the torque converter. He called my husband on 8/5/20 and said the car was ready and it would be washed and filled up with gas. In 8/10 at 11:00 am, my husband called Richard and said we would be there between 2-3. We get to the dealership and we were told the car was being washed. My husband noted the car had no gas and there was a huge chip in the door. We asked for them to fill the car up and we were told the person with the gas card was gone and wouldn't be back for an hour. My husband asked the receptionist to call Richard. Richard happened to be in the property and walked up. Not only did he not take responsibility for not filling the car up, he also blamed the nick in the door on the other dealerships. He asked me what I wanted and I told him I want my car fixed at a shop of my choosing and we would send him the bill. He said he couldn't do that and again offered to return our money. Stay as far away from this dealership! He only wanted to give the money back to he could resell it and not make the necessary repairs. Out of all the time we've owned the car, we've only had it in our possession for about a week. read more

DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM HERE ! First I'd like to say, when looking around for a car, it took them almost half an hour just to simply greet us and give us some info. Didn't think too much of it at the time. Also, all the cars seemed pretty dirty. They clearly did no detail work before selling these cars. I bought a 98' BMW from here. Dirty in some spots, and the inside of the glove compartment was disgusting, looked like it was filled with dirty nutshells. Carfax read good. A few minor things were wrong with the car, or so we thought, so we bought it for the great deal. BIG MISTAKE. The owner made it clear that if we chose to repair the problems (air conditioning didn't cool down, sunroof didn't open, and break light problems), he would give us a great price. "Fix the sunroof for 50-150$. All the ac needed was a plug in. All the break light needed was a bulb. I laugh at how wrong those all were." So we brought it back to the dealer after making an appt with his mechanic because it was blowing hot air on my feet and the ac was shutting on & off. They kept my car ALL day long, then when I called before they closed, they said they fixed none of the problems, and the owner had basically asked "wtf that car was doing back there." RED FLAGS- So one night driving home, my car started smelling odd and suddenly overheated out of the blue. The engine was smoking and I had to have it towed. Turned out the heater hose exploded. Also turned out the sunroof is completely broken, and the dealer had unplugged it, trying to hide the bigger problem. That's about an 800$ fix. Also the whole climante control had to be replaced in order for the a/c to fix. All these problems racked up quite a bill. Basically, was sold a shit car, and was falsly leaded to believe the problems were minor so I'd make the deal and buy it. Was told I could get it fixed there, when I was turned away. And now am stuck with a car with tons of problems and let downs. NEVER buy from this dealer. They're so unprofessional it makes me sick. I regret my purchase. What a buch of scam artists. I highly recommend having a third party mechanic inspect the car if you must buy it. These guys are not to be trusted. Any warranty work they promise to do is a complete joke. I had an oil leak, left them my car for a week, leak reappeared on the drive home. Took it to another mechanic and found that the "mechanic" at All IN, just smeared silicone over the problem. Thats not even the beginning, i was told the check engine light was "just a bad sensor", but found out the both catalytic converters have to be replaced, over 1500.00 later. Also had nothing but attitude from the owner after all this was brought up. Had a dirty take out bag in the trunk with half the "mechanics" hamburger in it after one so called repair. These guys are a complete joke, i would suggest buying elsewhere if you dont need any grief. They totally fit the sterotype of slimy used car salesmen. read more

I drove down to All in Auto Sales over the weekend from the Bay Area and it was worth the trip. I purchased my first convertible and I have to say that the customer service was great. I didn't feel pressure and more importantly, I felt that they cared about me driving off in a reliable vehicle. They allowed me to take the car for a diagnostic to a location of my choice in the area and while the diagnostic was a bit lengthy, they were patient and wanted to make sure I was happy. It turned out that I needed a tire, which was deducted from the asking price. It was such an easy transaction working with them. read more

I had set up an appointment with someone over the phone to see an Audi 2006 A3 hatchback that they had in stock on Cargurus, well CarGurus said that the car was over priced $2,500. I still gave them a chance and went from West Los Angeles to the Inland Empire, thinking they would give me the price on CarGurus. Nope, disappointed a waste of time . The finance manager knew he had to give me a huge discount but was very upset about it . I told him I was giving $1,500.00 down payment he was good with that that's until he found out if the discount. So now he comes up with "I only could help you if you put $3,000.00 down" I already heard the fiancé company. I am not stupid . I caught is bluff. He wanted to make his money another way so he won't loss the $2,500.00 Now he said that he wouldn't be able to help me because the financial bank was asking for $3,000.00 down. BS they had put capitol one on speaker and the guy told them that "we are just financing what the car is worth on the books" witch was $9,100.00. They try to sell me the car for $10,999.00. So they try talk to the finance company to give me more but they said " the car is overpriced " . Would recommend everyone steer clear of this place. When you think your getting a great deal and its too good to be true, it is. Bought a car from them and on the test drive the fuel gauge didnt work which should have been my sign not to buy it because obviously they dont look over the cars very well if issues like that are present when the cars are for sale. But they replaced the fuel sending unit and it worked but they didnt install the gasket on top if the fuel tank properly so it wasnt sealed and when you fill the car with gas it leaked gas onto the ground and left a very strong smell of gas in the car whenever you would turn. Second day owning it the air bag light came on which was caused by the front impact sensor. Which i found out later the car still had a bent front frame and was in a accident that was not on car fax. But running a different vehicle history showed they had boughten the car a structural damage auction a month prior to my purchase. Before buying my 2007 335i BMW I searched allot. I found the best price within 75mils in all in autos. They want to help as best as they can. I was suspicious at first because the prices were so low and i wasn't hesitant to ask. They just wanna have your business. I also bought an extended warranty and when time came to use it the warranty company gave me a hard time. I turned to all in autos and they did a great job helping me and at the end they made the company pay. I was surprised to see bad reviews about them. But I'm sure if ur nice enough they don't have any reason to treat you bad. At the end my impression is that they really wanna help and they have a really nice collection of decent used cars. Richard gave great customer service and didn't rush the process. He waited for me at 8:30pm after they closed at 8pm.. I test drove the car and took it on the freeway. Also around town a little bit. This place doesn't know how to do deals with people they tell you you are approved and then ask for more info AFTER running your credit multiple times. Said this would be quick and easy over the phone / email. That was not the case. I asked for a video walk around if the vehicle, and i was told, "its going into the shop for maintenance can we send you the video tomorrow?" I let them do so no worries, NEVER HEARD BACK called them multiple times today, just to finally get a hold of the shady dealer that was pushing sooooo hard to make this sale. Just to turn around and say I don't make enough money even though I was already approved through my bank for more than the vehicle i was looking at was worth. BUYER BEWARE they will ding your credit and not tell you how many times they are running it. This is not just from my experience, but PLENTY OF OTHERS on yelp have also had bad experiences with these people. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Worst experience ever so I bought a car from them a few months ago. 5hrs after buying it the car stops working it doesn't run. I called them they sent a tow truck to pick it up the following day. A week later they call me telling me my clutch gaved out. That it's my fault it gaved out I must pay out of pocket. That I don't know how to drive manual cars.A week later after telling them I'm not paying for it i gaved in and bought a new clutch they installed it free. 2 weeks later it's ready 2 weeks!!. Should only take few hours to a day. After I puck it up the salesmen cones with me in a test drive to see if i know how to drive manual. We drive around a few streets to make sure everything is okay. He tells me I do know how to drive manual. After trekking me I don't. But back to my story. So a month later I'm having problems with it again. I take it to an actual dealership to check it out. They tell me the throw out bearing was out. But also that the transmission was forced in when the tech of "ALL IN AUTO SELLS" "fixed it". They said I'm surprised it's even running that the clutch was missing bolts and a spring was put on backwards. So end of story ALL IN AUTO SALES not only sold me a broken car that I had to pay out off pocket for parts. But also returned it to me as in unsafe driving vehicle to be on a road and there tech doesn't know how to fix cars properly . Should of tooken them to court but they did the work free no invoice. I had been hunting for a specific vehicle for a few months when I contacted All In Auto Sales to find out if the car was available and what options it has. I got a short reply from Richard saying "We still have the Audi for sale call us at 714 322 2822". I work during the day time and need my line open so I sent an inquiry with 3 pertinent questions about the car. I was ignored. I called in a few days later and was quoted a price and finally had my questions answered. I asked for everything in writing to take to my bank and received an email with a different price quote. I replied to the message giving my budget range and what prices I had been receiving elsewhere and got no reply as to whether or not that was doable or if there was a middle ground we could meet at. A simple "I'm sorry we unable to move the price any further" would have been totally fine. AGAIN I had to call in to get any answer and Richard was extremely condescending and short with me when I was calling to attempt to buy a car from them. Eventually he admitted I would have to come down to the dealership from my home 3 hours away to MAYBE get the price he originally quoted. A friend and I went a few nights ago to check out a mitsubishi lancer evolution x. Walked in and 2 out of the 3 sales men we seen that night were very friendly.. found the evo I was Intrestead in and the man gave me the price and keys to check it out.. he left and another sales man was next to us starring scratching his head .. looked as if he had a rough night or just didn't like his job. With again a attitude.. my friend and I looked at each other and I told him "yeah" his attitude just sucked bad.. I told him I recently sold my evo ix and I'm a serious buyer.. maybe it was our clothes ? I don't know we had on sweats and sweaters do from us running earlier in the day .. during the time we asked him a bit more questions and he just had a attitude.. so I said fuck it in my head and took my ass to another dealership.. It's almost 3 months and still don't have tags. They say its out if their hands. The worst thing of the experience they are so rude and condescending. Seriously? Went in 5/7/2012 and looked at a car (Subaru). Like a previous reviewer stated, no one came out to greet me, even after I looked at the Subaru for about 15 minutes. I had to go in and ask for the keys to look at the inside. The car looked amazing, interior and out, the price was not bad either for the year and the miles. I thought, geez, I think this is the car! I asked if there was anything wrong mechanically with the car, he said there was nothing wrong with it and it was ready for me to take it home. Talked with them about possibly lowering the cost, might as well try...right? He said no, priced to sell. OK...fine, I still really like it and want it. Talked with my bank to see what I could get, turned out to take a bit longer than expected, so had to wait a day. 5/8/2012 I went in to take the car for a test drive; turns out the rotors were pretty warped, but I could deal with that, just get em resurfaced. But one major issue was noticed...the clutch was COMPLETELY burnt out. Once the car was driven over 10 minutes I could hardly even drive from a stop without the clutch slipping completely, I had to feather the gas in first gear just to get it to drive normally. Not cool. So I went to talk with Richard, the "owner" who really isn't the owner. I let him know the problems and what it would cost for the repairs if I were to have it fixed (Family owns an auto body shop, uncle is a mechanic, brother used to be a mechanic) and he immediately said, "No way, I can have one of my 3 mechanics in the back fix it all for 200 bucks." Which is absolutely bull-crap considering that WRX rotors alone are 150 PER rotor AND that the minimum for a clutch repair for an AWD car is at least 1000 bucks. I let him know that what he said is not possible. It was then that he got really indignant and sorta in my face about it, saying that if I don't get it, someone else will. Meaning, "You won't get screwed for buying a car you will immediately have to repair, but the next person who doesn't know anything about cars will, and i'll make out like a bandit." He just walked out of the room and said, "Fine I will just void everything." I asked if he would be willing to adjust the price at all, he simply shrugged it off and said no. His whole demeanor was extremely rude, not friendly at all, not willing to work with anyone. Worst experience ever, seeing as 99% of the reviews on this place is bad, I'm extremely glad I didn't purchase anything from this shady place. DO NOT TRUST THEM. By any means. read more

After waiting 3 hours and not seeing my truck they said it wasn't ready, I went home and came back a hour later and it still wasn't ready. After 5 more times driving back and 7 hours of waiting I stated legally it should of been smogged before sale , and the bitch in the office said she will tear up the contract and I can go home. I said just give me my truck. After all was done I got in it and the gas light was on and the truck was full of trash from them getting lunch. I went to pay tags on It a month later and I smogged it and it would not pass cause the cats were bad 3000$ later getting them replaced the dealer said it had to be done illegally to pass smog when I bought it. Honestly I don't know where to start. At first these guys seem like good people. The owner Richard is as nice as can be and tell you whatever you want to hear as long as you purchase a vehicle. Well I did. I bought the truck of my dream from them. It was rough around the edges but had low miles and was exactly what I wanted. Well I bought truck Thursday night and by Saturday it was having issues. I am a mechanic and diagnosed a blown head gasket. Richard wanted second opinion so I took it to hemborg ford. The also determined head gaskets were blown among other issues. I contacted Richard and he offered to pay me $900 to get it fixed. The quote from ford was $5900 I could get the job done for about $3500 he wanted no part of it. So we agreed I would take truck back. He wanted me to to pay for the diagnostics which was $225. I declined and said no way. The day after I bought the truck I put two new batteries in a new passenger door handle secured the running boards and about 3-4 hours of miscellaneous other little things. Well I went to speak to Richard about reimbursement for atleast the batteries. The truck needed batteries and he was aware of this I told them I'll handle it since I am a mechanic and have accounts for batteries. Well needless to say I didn't get compensated for the batteries or any work. And also he insulted me by telling me his mechanic will fix it for $900 and he will resell it to me for $1000 more next week. How insulting. Then prior to that conversation when I was signing papers his brother Ralph told me they don't have mechanics they only can do small jobs like brakes or radiators. So please be aware that they are not what or who they seem. I would stay away from them especially when all is said and done the owner Richards only answer was all my cars are sold as is. All In Auto Group - Don't buy this truck! - Used Car Dealers Near Me - Norco, California

Short Version: I was looking for a nice fun car for 2 months, and visited 10+ franchise dealers and used car lots within a 30 mi radius of Irvine in the process. "Talked numbers" with 7 of them. This place was the best to work with, and in the end, they got my business. Bought the car 3 months ago, still happy with it and the price I got it for. [Very] Long Version: The owner, Richard, was very friendly, helpful, and not pushy at all about selling the car I was looking at. Checked out the car on Saturday and got it fully inspected Sunday morning with the intention/expectation to take it home that night. Inspection found the car in good shape with minor maintenance needed (brakes at 30%, need new serpentine belts, 1 hi-beam out, back-up lights out). I wanted to take the car AS IS and fix those myself, but Richard refused to let me take it that way, citing "safety" with brakes and hi-beam out. Yes, California law requires the car to be "safe (vague definition, look it up)" to leave the lot. I would expect other dealers to have me sign a written agreement to release them of liabilities, etc., and then take my money. He told me everything will be fixed the next day at no added cost, and I can wait for traffic to die down and come pick up after normal business around 730 (I am from Irvine). Got confirmation the next day that everything was ready. I came in at 730 and all the promised work was done, so signed some papers and took the car. We did not even discussed warranty, but I was given some with no extra cost. In all, the process was painless and pressure-less. I've heard the phrase, "what will it take for you to sign today" many times in my car search, but not here. First time buying a car, so Richard got me a good loan for slightly high %, but was easy to get out of. I refinance for 1.9% after 2 payments. (car was 05 but very low miles, so refi was easy). General Car Shopping Tip: Make sure you get professional third party inspection. Mine cost me $50 and more than paid for itself with the free fixes I got. An inspection on a separate occasion saved me from buying a complete P.O.S. Every used lot do their own "inspection"...on seat belts, lights, and brakes (imagine 30 second walkdown and pumping the brakes a few times in a 2 minute test drive). They do not check clutch, engine, gaskets, oil leaks, etc. Most of these cars are from auctions and trade-ins where full inspection is impossible. Also, sitting on an outdoor lot for 3+ months with no maintenance will do terrible things to a car. Do your homework and don't get get pushed around by salesmen. read more

If I could give zero stars to this dealership I would. They sold me a car which is not California legal. The salesman personally told me that the car is very clean with no problems. I have let my lawyer know that if they do not comply to make the vehicle California legal we are going to take legal action so the vehicle is California legal. The guy who says his name is (Ralph) which he gave me a fake name because his accent is so thick from the middle east and i know that was not his name because he hesitated when i asked for his name. Came in to get an appraisal for my 2001 toyota camry with150k miles which is pretty low and decent for the year and in good running conditions and offered $500 plus cash on top? Are you fucking kidding? I only came here because they stock alot of the cars that i wanted. Another no name brand dealer offered me $2,000 but they are in orange county and didnt feel like driving back over there. Just shopping around and i came across this clown trying to lowball me hard. Came on a saturday and this place is normally dead. Didnt offered to help and just kept starring at his cell phone? Da fuck customer service is this? I looked up this place online, and was impressed by the selection of cars, I showed up early before work and began to browse around. Found 3 cars I liked and they grabbed the keys, First car, had a flat tire, popped the hood and open the crankcase to find they had used a sealant, second car, start it up, and it begins to billow BLACK SMOKE, let the clutch out and you can here it whining, I start the 3rd car, and its idles rough as could be. So I inquire about a 4th car. a 2008 350z, with low miles, i said i have an ad for the same car 3000 cheapers, and when the sales guy showed up, he said good, go buy that one. While speaking to him, i noticed a baseball size dent in the fender, and the brake calipers were rusted, SMH. Worst dealership I have ever been to.
