Newsflash to those with AAA out there: if you are stranded in the country, especially on a dirt road or out in the boonies (where you need help more urgently than anywhere else) -- AAA WILL NOT HELP YOU!!! But good news for us is that All In One was open and ready to help. They also gave us a very fair price compared to other tow services! We would give our super star driver Rory ten stars if we could!!! He was AMAZING at his job! Not only knowledgeable and efficient but also HELPFUL! KIND! And just a really good person. He spoke to us on the phone once we scheduled the tow and realized we were much farther out in the woods than his dispatch realized.. so he took it upon himself to switch his current job to us first so we weren't stranded in the dark waiting for him. Not only that but he went out of his way to help us get our truck into his wrecker which was not a flatbed which complicates things since you must disable the drive train apparently-- we would have been screwed without his help over the phone and upon arrival!! Then he actually let me ride back to town so I didn't miss my doctor appointments and gave me fishing spot tips along the way!!! Called to inquire about a tow, was quoted $95. Called for the tow 7 hours later, was told it was now $135., a 42% increase. Talk about price gouging those in need of help! Ok, ordered the tow because by then I was stuck.....was told driver would call me in 15-20 minutes. After an hour, I called to see what's up. I was told they called me three times, left voice mail, and came to the tow location and left,et etc. Total BS! I needed a tow, I am sitting there with my phone in my hand, and they pull this stunt. Then they tell me it will be another 3 hours and the price will be much higher. Avoid this BS business-unless you enjoy being lied to, and ripped off. read more

if I could give no stars I would. My 33ft RV had a major tire blow out that took out a bunch of electrical wiring and left me stranded 1 mile outside of Willits on the 101. Called this company, the woman was SO rude which is the last thing I need after a traumatic car accident that due to the blow out pushed me into oncoming traffic almost went head on with a semi. She quoted me $300/hour and said there was a 2 hour minimum. I told her I'd call her back. When I realized that there weren't any other tow companies close enough that would be able to help tow an RV of that size, I called her back and she knew it was me again, and upped the quote to $400/hour. Two days later, still stranded, CHP threatening to impound me if I don't figure something out, so I called her back and she refused to give me service. Had a friend who was a man call her.... all of a sudden, she was an angel sent from god, went back to $300/hour with a 2 hour minimum, but at least I got off the 101 and didn't get impounded. stupid B*TCH read more

AAA who? My Car broke down & overheated and AAA was not able to help me one bit. To many reasons to list. Kinda glad they didn't. Luckily I managed to find All in one Auto Towing where they helped me out beyond my needs. Besides providing a tow, the service and compassion was impeccable. Charlie took my call then directed me to one of his awesome drivers Roy who quickly calmed me down and resolved the issue within a blink of an eye. There was a hefty tab but that was due to the distances being far. I really cant thank these guys enough for resolving the issue in a timely manner and with such grace, compassion and pure LOVE. Don't make the mistake of using this company for towing or anything else. My son took his car there for a smog certificate and it has become a nightmare ! His Mustang has Racing type pins to lock it down you must open these with the key. He left the keys as well as show them how to use them when he left his car there for the smog. They neglected to secure the hood down and shortly after leaving their business his hood flew up shattered his windshield dented the roof as well as damaging the hood severely ! When his girlfriend returned to the business to inform them of what it happened the owner Keith basically told her to get off his property laughed in her face told her it wasn't his problem and told her to do something about it. He said they were not responsible for what had happened. This guy is a joke a fraud and a poor businessman. Save yourself the headache and possibly the money and find other shops to take care of your mechanical needs , I Can Only Imagine what may happen to some poor individual who calls them for so much as a tow. The only reason there is a star along with this review is that you must select at least one star to be able to post. They will get the job done, BUT when they quote $200/hour and it's 1/2 a mile - guess 4-8 hours. Then they let it slide into a pond, call another truck ($1000) and make you pay for broken cables- bend over. It was over $3300. Called them, talked to the boss, they had a worker call me and say "not reducing it". Call someone else unless you want to throw away money. read more

I went to All in One to get a smog done on a vehicle I'm trying to sell. Unfortunately it failed because it had been sitting in my garage with a dead battery and by the time we got there my monitors hadn't reset (I didn't even know this was a thing) anyways, long story short I paid the $60 fee and was told to drive it more and come back. But, they were still trying to charge me full price if I came back. Whatever, business is business. However, the incompetence of the tech was ridiculous and the rudeness and shitty customer service was unbelievable. We were told, "enjoy your drive to Redway" when we told them Redway towing waives the labor fee for the second smog test in this situation. As someone who works at an auto shop and knows the value of customer service in this field I will never again recommend this business when our clients ask for a smog recommendation. I will gladly pay whatever I have to somewhere else to smog both of my vehicles. Probably the worst customer service I have ever received. read more

What a rip off company. They're in business to take advantage of people. Very sad that is how they make their money. When your car is towed from an accident site you are given zero paperwork and told nothing about the charges that may be incurred. $95 a day for a storage fee? That doesn't even seem legal and when my daughter is in a bad car accident do you think I'm paying attention to what tow truck came to get the car? Seems like paperwork should be given with some info on where to pick up the car and how much the fees will be but this is how they get you. Unfortunate when in this situation you have to worry about being screwed over. Everyone I know will know to use the other tow company in town if they want honesty and integrity! read more

Don't use All in One Auto Repair & Towing! Coming home on Christmas eve we hit ice on the road and our 4-runner flipped onto its side down an embankment. We told the firefighters and CHP who came that we had AAA and they said they would call for a tow for us. I've never been in an accident and had to have a tow so I thought that was standard policy. The tow driver was absolutely fabulous, got the car out of the ditch and righted with no further damage to the car. He was very nice and polite. If this review was of the driver, he would get an A+. Everything was fabulous until we got to my house and I handed the driver my AAA card and was told that they don't take AAA. What kind of towing company doesn't take AAA?! A dishonest one, that's what kind. They charged me $260 to tow my car less than 6 miles. The driver said it would have only been $180 if I had called it in but because the CHP called it in, it was an extra $80! "So sorry but that's company policy." He was very apologetic and said if I wanted to argue it with his boss that he (the driver) would take the car back to the tow company's lot and I would have to discuss it with his boss when he got back into the office on Monday. This was 1AM Christmas morning on Thursday. So I was forced to pay the exorbitant and unreasonable amount of $260. The very nice driver said he would have the owner call me. The owner never did. I left a message. Still no call. This company's owner obviously has no integrity and I would never use their services. If you have to get a tow or auto repair, call anyone but All in One Auto Repair & Towing. I wouldn't trust them with anything! Read some of the other reviews and you will see that I'm not the only one they have ripped off. This is also the same company as listed in Ukiah so be warned. Any company owner who sets policy to take advantage of people who have just had an accident is reprehensible. read more
