Smith Automotive Towing and Recovery is by far the worst towing company I have ever dealt with. My car broke down, and after calling them, I was told a truck would arrive within 30 minutes. TWO HOURS later, I was still waiting, only to be met with a rude dispatcher who clearly couldn't care less. When the driver finally arrived, he was unfriendly and unprofessional, acting like he was doing me a favor. To make matters worse, they charged me an outrageous fee for a simple tow--way more than they originally quoted! The worst part? My car was damaged in the process, and they refused to take responsibility, blaming me instead. Do yourself a favor and stay FAR away from this company. Unreliable, overpriced, and completely unprofessional.

I don't leave many reviews , but it's hard to find a good mechanic so I thought I'd leave one for…read moreonward , honestly I've now had them do several projects on multiple vehicles ranging from exhaust upgrade on my 18 ram (flow master set up) to a transmission job on my son's sequoia and plenty of scheduled service jobs .each time AJ has been upfront about the costs , extremely thorough, courteous, quick turn around time. But most importantly to me he figured out everything in the beginning of each project and laid out my options as far as cost and possibly outcomes so I could decide what worked best for me .
