If your hesitant about getting one of these guitars , dont be. I purchased a guitar a few weeks ago and don't like leaving a reviews until i've had a chance to really run it through the paces. i have very expensive Gibson's, PRS's as well as fender guitars, this AIO SC77 guitar , is among the best quality guitars I have played. My high-end guitars do not resonate as well as this guitar. They do not look as good as this guitar. harmonically this guitar rings extremely well, and it is a very comfortable guitar to play for hours. So don't let the price tag fool you. These are extremely good guitars at a price that will make me return every year to grab one. Jin and his team are wonderful people and it was a pleasure discovering their store and their guitars. I appreciated talking to lee as well, good people. On a technical note , I dropped off a case and provided some Thomastik-Infeld strings, and Jin set the guitar up perfectly for intonation, action, and resonance. He tweaked it for my personal likes. you wont find this kind of detailed care in a big box , guitar store. Even if you don't need one, I know they would make a great gift for anyone who wants to learn how to play guitar. read more

If I lived in Los Angeles, I would buy and take my guitars here. I was at the store nearby and I saw a big guitar sign. OF COURSE I had to check it out. The windows were really dark but if I peeked in I could see stuff. I walked in and found a couple and a lot of guitars! They welcomed me in and I was intrigued. He showed me a Telecaster style guitar and it had beautiful sustain. Much more than any Fender I have owned. I knew something was up. I said how come it has so much sustain? He turned the guitar around - neck through body!!! WOW! I wish I had more time to play the guitar through an amp, but he told me how he imports the guitars and sets them up perfectly. I believe it, the guitar played like butter and sustained so good. Then the kicker. The guitars are around $500. What??????? Let me put this in perspective. Maybe in 1980 you could get an Ibanez 335 type guitar - but it wouldn't play like this. It would need serious setup. My Suhr plays great but I paid way more than this. My Eric Johnson Strat has flaws and I wish was setup by Jin Soo. I don't need another guitar. I have so many. However, I cannot stop thinking about the guitar I played and how well he set it up. For $500 I'm not expecting miracles but this is close to it. It's a $500 guitar setup like one of the best guitars in the world. Smooth, no buzz, sustain. I want one! read more

I've bought 4 AIO guitars, and each one was perfectly set up to MY specs and played great straight out of the box. The tone is excellent for "no name" pickups. The one I just ordered was my 2nd KSA50 as I was badgered into selling my 1st one to a good friend, and it's perfectly setup. Used it the day I received it at a gig with no problem. The only thing I can say is that these do not come with a treble bleed circuit, so you have to install one yourself or take it to you luthier. I'll be buying another AIO guitar soon. read more

I bought a Wolf WLP from AIO and had some issues with it. The binding was installed poorly. There were burn marks and poor painting lines all around the guitar. Unacceptable QAQC. Generally, aside for the aforementioned, the guitar is of good quality. That's not the biggest issue. I went to contact them about it. I emailed them and contacted them of Facebook. They ghosted me. No reply. Tried multiple times. Nothing. Non existent customer service is worse than poor customer service. Maybe visa can help me resolve this with a chargeback. read more

Ordered a WLP from them online. My guess is that as long as AIO gets the guitars from the factory at least 95% cosmetically perfect, they roll with it. Mine has a few oversights from the factory as they are beneath the finish. A 1mm blemish here n there. Their setup quality is out of this world. You are going to love the way it plays and feels. All in all, I'd treat most of their guitars like a "blem" version of a $1000-$1500 guitar. I can tell you now that it feels just as good, if not better, than my PRS DGT. I also seen some negative comments on here based on confusion on if they are opening their floor to walkins that day or not. If I see a sign that says their doors r gonna be closed that day, Ima just keep it pushing. It looks like an operation where they got the employees they got and if it's all hands on deck to get guitars ready to ship out, then nobody is gonna be left to answer the door and be a salesperson or hostess etc. Next time I'm out there visiting friends n family, Ima visit the shop. But if they got their doors locked, I would literally just keep it pushing and enjoy the rest of my day. Peace read more

I researched all the available options like Epiphone, ESP, Harley Benton but I decided to purchase the Red burst WLP 750 2020 after watching GuitarMax's stellar review on Youtube. I opted for the guitar+ hard case combo and immediately received an email asking for my setup preference. I received the guitar in about a week and it arrived in pristine condition. I ordered one of AIO's neck-thru-body strat copies. Absolutely beautiful guitar! The natural wood finish looks great! Plays like a dream! Locking tuners!! (why don't more guitars have these?). Where the guitar comes up short is the pups. The factory set (sss) is very generic. I ordered a set of "Texas Hot" pups from GFS (they make some killer pick ups) & a wiring harness & swapped everything out. Still nothing to write home about. Then I remembered that I had a bridge pup from my 1992 US--made Peavey Predator. I still use that guitar today but put a coil tapped humbucker in the bridge. After installing the Peavey pup, there was a noticeable improvement in sound but it still lacks mojo. It's too bright and doesn't push that amp very hard. It could be that the combination of 3 single coils just doesn't mesh well with a neck-thru guitar. If you're looking for a good guitar to learn on or want a 2nd guitar to mess around with, this is a great guitar but, as a main stay, meh. read more

I purchased a Wolf brand guitar from All In One after seeing rave reviews regarding their Les Paul style guitars. I spoke with Keith extensively prior to purchasing. My guitar was not randomly shipped to me, I had asked Keith if he could please choose a guitar for me without any cosmetic flaws. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. My guitar is fraught with flaws and I cannot even say quality control is lacking as I was in direct communication regarding the specific guitar I received. Almost $500 later and I'm stuck with a guitar I don't even want to look at, I can't take my eyes off of everything that's wrong with it. There are scratches under the gloss on the headstock, a random black blob on the back of the body (also under the gloss), a long, deep scratch down the fretboard, blemishes around the neck, paint imperfection on the body. I should also mention that the guitar I purchased is listed as "white" though in person it is an unflattering tobacco stain yellow hue. As far as the setup, it is good, however, my low E string buzzes which I'm frustrated with as it was set up and checked before I received it. I will not be purchasing from All In One in the future, this experience has been completely disappointing. read more

AIO Wolf KSA50 - Wine Red To be honest, I wasn't expecting too much from this guitar given its low price, but I thought at least it would look cool hanging on my wall. Well, I was right about it looking cool, but it is also a really well made and very playable guitar. I have guitars that cost many times what this one did, but this is the one I reach for. I bought my first guitar (an SC77 in natural finish) from All In One Guitars, after watching a review on Youtube by Guitar Max. I knew I might be taking a chance, buying it sight unseen, but felt compelled to buy it anyway based on Max's review, and other customer reviews from AIO's website. All I can say is WOW!! From quality, to set-up, to customer service, Jin and the guys provided me with a beautiful instrument that not only looks amazing, but sounds and plays better than some of my top name brand models (Gibson, Fender, PRS, etc) and is now one of my favorite instruments to play!! The fact that I was actually asked how I preferred my neck and string action set up says volumes about how Jin and the guys actually care about quality of service and customer experience!! -This review is a long one, I apologize. -Also, I purchased my guitar from their website, I do not live close enough to go to their physical store front. Now I know AIO and Wolf are supposed to be "bang for the buck" style guitars, and AIO is probably going to be upset by my review after refunding me $50 for being unhappy with my purchase, but honestly I hate the SC77 I purchased, and am probably going to take it to the range to do a nice video review and "tear down." I read alot of positive reviews of AIO and watched several Youtube videos from Guitar MAX where he is quite literally telling you to buy an AIO guitar, including when he went to their warehouse to showcase their QC / fretwork/setup process and honestly now that I have one of their guitars, I don't know what all the buzz is about, unless you mean fret buzz... HaHa!... No, but seriously I can not get it to stop so imma have to take it in to my guy and see whats up! Let's talk about the positives. 1: Getting a case with the guitar at what I assume is wholesale price is awesome! $90 for the nice molded plastic case is something like 40-45% off of retail! Thats nuts! Thanks guys! 2: The back of the guitar looks fantastic! There is a spot on the heel that didn't get properly filled with paint, but other than that it's Very nice, and I love looking at it! Now the not so good. 1: My first impression was opening the case and the first thing that I see is a bunch of light colored sawdust shining brightly against the black plush material, not a deal breaker by any means, but just makes me question the validity of the QC process and attention to detail. 2: Black spots in the finish. 3: Dust in the finish on the body and headstock 4: Blue finish that got onto the aged white/cream binding 5: and honestly the worst visual offender is the abalone binding... its an absolute eyesore. So it's set next to the veneer and on the main body and then there is the aged white binding around the guitai and they fill the rest of the empty space with a clear resin, and then the veneer finish is applied and then the final clearcoat. This hosts a few problems. -The resin must be brittle at it is cracked all the way around -There are a few chunks of saw dust in some parts of the resin -They scuffed up the clear resin before the final finishing was done so in some areas the resin is not clear anymore. -You can see the unfinished veneer underneath, which wouldnt bother me as much if the abalone was laid more consistently to give a clean look -The finish has areas that go off the veneer and over the resin and even on the white binding. Not a single one of these cosmetic defects would have been a deal breaker for me, but it really adds up to being a rather ugly piece overall when you're up close and personal with it, though I will say that it's an ok wall piece if all you want it for is to impress a friend or date who knows nothing about guitars and wont care to take a closer look. 6: For saying they "Really focus on playability," it seriously buzzes on strings 3, 4, and 6. I am not exactly sure the cause, I assume it's a poorly cut nut or the frets need leveling since I've tried adjusting the truss rod, lubricating the nut, making sure its not the bridge, and then tried raising the action so high its barely playable, but raising the action only helped with string 4, so its eitI've had problems with the low E on almost every guitar I've played that a small adjustment fixed, but never on strings 3 and 4. Again, I'll have to take it in to my luthier just to take a quick look before I do my "tear down." Overall if you are looking for a budget guitar, especially if that guitar is going to be your daily workhorse, don't buy one online! I highly recommend going into an actual store and trying out a few guitars before buying one, hell even go to AIO in person if you live close by since buying in person and getting hands on with a guitar is so much better than just having whatever is in stock shipped to you based on a photo you liked! And honestly if the store you go to has one, try a gretsch 5220 or 5230 they're a legit blast, and mine is currently my favorite guitar, definitely recommended by me! If you want a strat or telecaster style then try out a squier, they're honestly pretty good these days. Want a Gibson style? Epiphone makes a cheaper version of pretty much everything Gibson puts out! And there are so many other decent affordable brands out there! Are they better than an AIO or wolf? Idk, because this was my first and will definitely be my last experience with them, but I can't stress enough that ordering online is nothing like hand picking your axe! read more

Had a mishap where my mic stand fell over right onto my electric guitar. Luckily, the wood wasn't damaged, but the pickup was pushed in at an odd angle. Lucky for me, I found All In One Guitar. Not only were they able to keep me rocking in the free world, they did it quickly and inexpensively. $30 for the repair and the re-stringing of my guitar...AND it was ready the same day! I am a singer and I was down to purchase my first classical guitar. I was referred by my neighbor and I walked into the store without an appointment (make sure to call first because they are busy packing for shipping sometimes). Jin was the owner and he was very friendly when you start to ask questions about guitar. This man has an guitar encyclopedia in his brain. TLDR: The owner started off giving me great set-ups on guitar, but the services became worse each following visit, with problems in the set-up. In my most recent visit, the owner ignored my knocks on his door (during normal business hours) after shortly receiving me phone call when he told me "he's too busy". Do not waste your time at this store anymore. (I took the liberty of attaching this part of the review in Korean, given that many of the customers here are also Korean) It pains me to write this negative review to this business, but I'm so done with this store. The owner, Jin, needs to do a better job at being responsible for his business. I've brought a total of 3 guitars for a set-up with him, and I was only completely happy with the first one. I was going to bring a fourth, but the way Jin treated me the last visit, is the last straw. Here is my long story: 1. Seagull S6, great guitar, setup perfectly by them. They won my loyalty from this guitar. Nothing else to say. 2. Taylor GS Mini. I had to pay $80 total because they told me I needed a neck reset. I obliged and came back to pay the extra service. But guitar wasn't that much better and I feel like I wasted my additional $30 for the service. Also, I found that there were high frets on the guitar that he didn't at least tell me about. 3. Fender Strat MIM. This was was really frustrating. I gave him a set of 10s in the bag and he charged me for a set of strings on top of the service fee. The problem is that he strung it with 9s. I have ALWAYS brought my own strings, I have no idea why he didn't care to check the bag this time. I brought the issue to him and instead of fixing the issue, he tried to convince me that 10s are not good for the guitar and that they will always develop issues down the line. Very unprofessional of Jin, shame on him. 4. Taylor 414. They never serviced this guitar. I was going to bring it to see if they can make it like how they did my Seagull S6. Instead, I go to the store and it's locked on both sides during normal business hours. I knock on both doors and wait, no one comes. I know the signed says they don't do product sales anymore, but I was going in for a repair (which the signs allows for). Frustrated, I go home and call the business and Jin answers. He asks me if I was at the store earlier, and I say yes. I'm furious. A customer comes to your business at normal hours and you don't answer the knock on the door and just waste his time outside? What type of abysmal customer service is that? Jin, I trusted you and was loyal to you, and even wanted to try buy one of your own products. But instead, you closed your business off to customers like myself and others as you can see. This will be a long review but hopefully a Constructive one. I been a fan of Guitar Max on youtube, this was the outlet of where I had heard about Wolf guitars. I was ecstatic when I found out they made some really nice guitars for a working mans budget and having plenty of selection for lefties! I am very cautious when it comes to new guitar brands and thought to take the risk. The overall experience I had with them has me a bit conflicted. This is for the AIO S2-SSH Left-Handed Electric Guitar - Boysenberry finish Pros: - Great look. Eye catching and love the overall color with the matte finish - The neck is great and good for my hands - Ebony Fret board at this price range - Neck through construction - Its the most balanced in weight out of all my other guitars. - The Pickups work, electronics are nice! The inside pockets are nice and clean. Wiring is really clean and cable managed! - The Unnamed stock pickups (I think are the Destiny wound CNC pickups from as much research i was able to find on them. The Website is very vague) are decent and are of a moderate output. You can get away with playing metal or hardrock with them as well as go for more softer and bell like clean tones. - Locking tuners are good, they feel a bit unfinished but do the job! - Bone nut was cut well and is great overall - All of the electronics work, and have been pretty happy with this area - The vintage trem system is basic and machined well with few design flaws - The Frets and Fretboard were in good shape and loved that it was very clean when i changed out the factory strings and did a setup - Jin was nice to reach out and email me and had direct contact with him for support and review For the Cons: This was rough and where i get conflicted. This guitar was not ready to play when getting out of the box and its something i dont expect all the time at this price range - The Vintage saddles used on this trem system is not a good match for this type of guitar and i would frequently knock the strings around when playing causing tuning issues. Next time I will take a deeper look at the bridge when purchasing as i was not aware the saddles were vintage type. The bridge angle was too far up and was not sitting flush with the body. Even if it was setup to float so you can pull up on the whammy, it was way too angled. I had tightened the claw in the back to get proper tension. - The back plate was for a right hand setup...I had to take the plate off just to remove the strings on the bass side as it was blocked. The cut out that is to align with the bridge is not cut properly either! After flipping the cover over, i still had blockage for strings to slide out The String thru holes are staggered which is nice for intonation, but the screws then block the string from being threaded through. I had to swap the vintage saddles out with modern ones that have grooves for the string to stay in place as well as enough space for the holes to not be blocked. - the fret ends were rough and sharp! - The action was rediculously high and the truss rod way too tight that it had a back bow. That was fixed with a readjustment. I did see the manual stating of how the guitar is setup the way it is for shipping reasons. - had alot of fret buzzing and even some making that sitar sound before the action adjustment, the frets were uneven and i noticed some gouges and tool marks all across the fret board aswell as lots of cracks in the Fretboard some of the inlays have little chunks missing or is not flush with the radius! One inlay on the 12th fret was protruding and effected playability when holding a note or bending! keeping this thing in tune was a bit of a nightmare at first. Its in the shop now getting a detailed setup and the fret ends worked on. - Scuff marks and blemishes IN THE FINISH ALL THROUGHOUT THE BODY AND HEADSTOCK! like certain tools or rough surfaces scraped the daylights out of the body and then was covered, slight curve at the headstock where the neck looks like its going counter clockwise. I dont mind the headstock but seeing the amount of blemishes and scuff marks that i would come across was absurd and i cant believe i ended up getting this in that condition at full price, This would sit in the B stock with amount of issues i was having with this guitar Reaching out to Customer Service couple of times was met with no response and dead silence! all i wanted was an exchange but i got no answer or word except an email to join the Wolf guitar Community on yelp? Overall this could have been so much better. Some minor flaw here and there i can deal with. What i came across here just dropped my expectations and it was frustrating to see. My Jackson Dinky JS22 for half the price showed up in much better condition then this guitar did. May be awhile before i purchase another guitar from AIO, I understand manufacturer defect but this was rediculous regarding the state of the body. read more

Amazing shop and amazing tech service in K-town! I brought my strat parts to bulid up my own guitar which is a Hendrix monterey pop style strat. I got a sperate body and a neck also a new tuner for the guitar. Jeff is a professional guitar tech he did awesom job on setting-up my guitar everything I wanted. I changed original stock tuners to the Vintage style Kluson tuners also changed pickups and the stock maple neck to rosewood neck. Now it looks great after all!! of course the guitar sound amazing as it looks. Come to visit the shop if you have something you want to set it up :) -I haven't done any paint jobs in the guitar shop but did only set-up. read more

ALERT TO ALL. DO NOT BUY GUITAR FROM THIS VENDOR ---- ALL IN ONE GUITARS ----- Seller of Wolf and other brands based in California. I ordered a W400 and case which was sent via FEDEX with "adult signature required". I requested the package to be held for pickup. They did not. They did not obtain signature since I was out of town that day. If it was delivered, it was stolen from my doorstep. I disputed this with FEDEX, PAYPAL, All In One, and American Express. FEDEX denied the claim and All in One is doing nothing about it. I filed complaint with the Better Business Bureau against FEDEX. They apparently expect me to pay fo product I never signed for and I never received in the amount of $479. This is terrible customer service and the only way WE can change this is to NOT BUY from this vendor. Thank you. read more

Beginner here but this place was perfect. I did local research for guitars stores in my area, and All In One Guitar was 10 minutes away. Parking in the rear of store. Narrow driveway easy to miss. Just slow down while driving south on Western towards 6th Street. Walked into store and was blown away from the wall of guitars! I needed a Classical Guitar for my big fingers. I believe the person that helped me name was Jin. Very patient and answered my questions. Because I was a newbie and a all around nice guy!! They threw in a used hard shell case. The set-up of the AOI Wolf 400 was great, the action was perfect. Overall the finish of the guitar (natural model) was good with the exception of the neck joint which was horrible. An excess of glue had clearly spilled out of the neck joint on to the neck and body thereby preventing any penetration of finish stain. I had a great experience at Ai1. The bridge ripped completely off the body of my classic acoustic. I was recommended by my friend who sells acoustic. When I entered I could tell they were serious about guitars. Jeff inspected the guitar and gave me a quote below what I thought it would cost to reglue. Funnily enough, I told him he could just throw on the new D'Addario strings that were in the case. He said , no (?!) and recommended some Savarez strings saying once I played them I would play them for life. I figured I'd give them a try his recommendation was so sincere. The guitar was done exactly when he said it would be. You'd never know anything happened to it and he talked s much about the glue he was going to use , I'm confident it won't happen again. I'm a big fan of small guitar shops. There aren't many in this area...actually, now this may be the only one. I was impressed at the small little shop, most of your guitar essentials. They displayed quality guitars. I read that their work on guitar set-ups were amazing, so I decided to check the shop out. I talked to the owner and he gave me a how long they've been working with guitars. The next day I brought in my Stratocaster to be set-up. I got a call once it was done, and it played fantastic. The action was nice and low, and a great job was done for the intonation. The guitar now stays I tune, and plays like butter for a great price. Frets-were shaved to eliminate buzzing and neck is straight and true. My trem is floating flawlessly and it sings beautifully. I've had little problems with my bass from the day I bought it. The action was too high or the set up was never done right, even by numerous techs. I first went to All-In-One nearly two years ago, simply because they had the strings I use and they were relatively close to me at the time. I was using public transportation and would likely get there just as they were closing. Unfortunately, due to a delay the earliest I'd be able to get there was 15 minutes after closing time. So, I called, spoke to Jin who immediately agreed to wait for me, no problem. How cool. I wasn't even a regular customer. I bought the strings and told him I'd likely bring my new American Standard Stratocaster to them for a setup. I'd seen their excellent reviews already, and the prices Jin quoted me were quite agreeable. I had yet to have the guitar sent to me in the mail but told him I'd definitely be back, and thanked him for waiting for me so I could get strings that night. The Strat got to me many months later, but I kept my promise and called All-In-One to find out a good time for me to bring it in. I went there that day and this time met Jeff, the co-owner with Jin and a guitar tech with over thirty years of experience. A kind and enthusiastic guy, I already felt confident in what they'd do for me. Jeff truly knows guitars! Jeff and I talked for a long time, and he got as much relevant information from me about my playing, all facets of it. I left the guitar there and would pick it up after the weekend. When I went to get it, I was immediately told by Jeff that should something not be quite right that he would absolutely make it just as I required. He did just that, and after a couple of additional adjustments, I now find myself with the most playable Strat I've ever owned, which also stays in tune even after doing tremolo dive bombs. Incredible. This guitar's tuning stability seems identical to that of a Floyd-Rose guitar, but without locking tuners. The guitar feels and looks fantastic and is a pleasure to play every time I pick it up. I am grateful to have met these guys and whenever I see or talk to Jeff (since he's the main one I've worked with) we have an excellent conversation and I always learn at least one thing new, whether it's involving sound physics, the finer points to a setup on a tremolo system guitar or information from Jeff over his days teaching music in university in Korea while also working as a recording musician. Jeff always reminds me to never hesitate in bringing him my guitar for whatever reason, no additional cost either. He's kind, patient, humble and true to his word. I highly recommend All-In-One for any guitar work needed, and should you or someone you know be able to benefit from lessons, I've heard Jin teaching last year and he was excellent, same as Jeff.
