I got married on 11/17/17 and Bob was our driver. He was awesome! We got everywhere we needed to be with 3 minutes to spare, and front door service. :) It was kind of funny that they were the last ones I had called, bc if they were the first, I probably wouldn't have called anywhere else. Every other company I called was unclear, or left out a lot of details, which was becoming very aggitating. I was so happy when I called Cindy. Finally! A clear voice telling me all the details-I didn't feel at all that I was being scammed haha.We were given a rate I couldnt refuse with a choice of a black or white car, champagne and water. We have used All In One a couple times and after our last experience i really wanted to give them a shout out!! First time was for an airport shuttle when we were leaving on a cruise back in Sept. Cindy is a delight to talk to and made scheduling so quick and easy. Pricing was straight forward and very fair! The SUV they sent was spacious and VERY comfortable. The driver was great with loading our bags. They even had cold bottles of water for us which felt thoughtful on a hot day. Im used to friends taking us to the airport but this was for a big 40th bday vacation so we decided on getting a professional ride and honestly didnt expect more than a "taxi" ride but this was definitely high class service. The driver even engaged in our vacation excitement and let us ramble on about the adventures we were going to embark on and seemed as excited as we were. Thats important to us because we like to talk and theres nothing more awkward than a quiet ride. I love that we had a personable driver. December came along and we decided to hire All In One again for our friends birthday pub crawl in the city. This time we got the party bus. WOW. Lights, music, tons of places to store drinks. The name "party bus" says everything you need to know! Even the driver that night made our experience SO MUCH FUN! She is by far our favorite. She had so much energy, never got annoyed by our drunken goofiness and played along with all us which really kept the party going in between places and when we ended up being late back to the limo (so sorry for keeping you out so late!!!) she was still just happy and fun which in my opinion is professional. So after these two excellent experiences we saw an ad on facebook for fathers day for a limo ride, lunch at a vineyard and a professional photo shoot so i nominated my "single dad" boyfriend. Cindy and 2 of her drivers were absolutely amazing for the funeral we hired them to take the to and back from. Cindy drove the limo carrying the widow, her children and grandchildren. She was so understand, consoling and caring. Her 2 drivers who drove the remaining family members to the cemetery were so patient with such a large group of emotionally upset people. I could of asked for anything more to take care of a family who have always taken care of me growing up. I would hire them in a heartbeat for any event I needed a driver for. Their Website states that their professional, certified drivers take their responsibility very seriously and stay focused on their task while your teens enjoy the evening. This statement is absolutely true. Cindy the Owner is very thorough in gathering information and it is one of the Company's Policies to refuse diversions from the original route without a parent's permission. We recently went on a girls trip to Florida and booked All In One Limousine Services to take us to SFO and pick us up. Sam our driver picked up 6 ladies at 5:18 AM, to take us all to SFO for our girls trip. He was amazing, he took care of everything and even put up with our squealing and laughing the entire way there. He was fun, kind and accommodating. We got to the airport in plenty of time and had a great time getting there. We had a different driver on our way back home from SFO, Cindy was very nice and took care of everything. All In One Limo is an absolute life saver! We had our original limo cancel on us TEN days before our wedding. I immediately emailed my friends/family/vendors asking for reliable limo company's that we could book for our big day. When I spoke to Cindy I expected to hear she couldn't do a split reservation but when she said she could I knew we'd book with them. I really appreciated her calming me down, helping us out, and reassuring me they will do a great job. Which they totally did! I unfortunately don't remember who our driver was but she was incredible, sweet, and helpful! She went above and beyond by packing the limo with our dresses and bags and also unloading. She even said she could help with rides between the hotel and venue after the bridal party drop offs and before pick ups as she would mostly be hanging out. We hired All in One for a prom this month. There were, at various points in the planning, anywhere from 4-14 passengers! Coming from 3 different cities! We ended up with 10 passengers. Then the questions really started. Why are we picking up there and not here? Etc, etc, etc. Then it went from everyone returning home to just 3. Through it all, Cindy assured me that this was normal for proms. She was always quick to respond to all questions, letting me know which things would work and which would not, or could work but would involve additional cost. Finally, everything was set. Prom night arrived and the limo was right on time. Brad, the driver, was great. This was Bay to Breakers weekend in downtown San Francisco, so we left it to Brad's judgement whether or not they had time for the planned photo stop at Cupid's Arrow. Not only did they have time, but he got them to the hotel in plenty of time, and I even got a text from Cindy letting me know they got there. Would definitely use them again! read more

I will not use this company ever again. The limo they sent should not have been in service. It looked like a 1980s limo. I would have been ok with that if it at least it had working parts inside as we were not using it for a special occasion.The inside was disgusting. There was black duct tape on the door panels, and on the roof in SEVERAL places. The moon roof was broken, none of the lights worked. It was a mess. I think the only thing that worked was the AC and the partition between us & the driver. They did not even provide us water and it was hot outside. I should have known just by how the company answered their phone when I called; very unprofessional and sometimes I thought I woke the person up. They answered with "hello" and I was unsure if I dialed the right number. I'll admit it was a last minute request for a ride and I was a bit desperate but NEVER AGAIN.
