I've had All in One Pest Control servicing my unit twice a month, and they've always been very thorough with their treatments and spraying. You can definitely tell they take their job seriously and don't just rush through appointments. I recently had a small issue involving the company and my apartments, and I really appreciated how it was handled. Angelina in the office was very empathetic, understanding, and helpful throughout the situation. Merrisa , the manager, also stepped in and made it clear that what happened was never their intention. She handled everything professionally and made sure my concerns were addressed. Good customer service really matters, and they show that they care about their clients. We have been All In One Pest Control customers for several years, getting bi-monthly service. I received all call from All In One Pest Control on Wednesday, February 26th saying they will do a service on Thursday, February 27th. We are retired so were home all day on Thursday, there was no service, this has happened before. I called to notify them. They called me back saying there was service, indicated by our house showing up on the technician's tracker. Their normal procedure is technician knocks on front door to ask if anything special is needed, at end of service an invoice is left on front door. None of that occurred on Thursday. We have cameras around our house, front door, deck, side yards, backyard, none of them showed a technician. I asked what time he said he was here, 1:55 pm, I happen to be on our deck reading at that time, never saw anyone. I checked our cameras, there was video up until10:30 am when gardeners left, video began again at 3:30 when my husband went outside. No video between those hours. All In One said they would not charge for that service!!! A service we never received but would charge for a full service on Saturday! I informed them to stop all services; we would not be using them. read more

I've been with this company for over 7 years to control pests at my rental property in Sacramento. I also have them at my home in Granite Bay on an occasional basis for fleas. I called them for rat control at my home and they stated they would have to charge me as if I wasn't their customer because the rat problem is at the Granite Bay location. They have no regard for long time customers. They do not value long time customers I cancelled my service with them. read more

I've been using this business for at least 15yrs if not longer. initially ants were out of control and then a few years later rat issues. They are professional, friendly and always ring the door bell just so that if you are home there isn't suddenly someone in your yard. They alway clean the spider webs and check for wasp nests. No stars this place takes all day to show up the hours are supposed to be between 8-12 am and it's almost 5 pm and still no pest control guy the guys was complaining last time saying they over booked him 35 pest sprays a day crazy if you ask me sounds like their taking on more than they can handle !! read more

My wife and I missed one payment and I don't feel that they tried very hard to reach us at all, and after being with them for 5 years we were very very disillusioned with this company. I have used this company for over 25 years at a couple different houses I have owned and they are hands-down, the best company ever for a pest control service. Jeff and Anita, the owners are fabulous as all of their kids are and their entire staff. My personal favorite is Chris, who is top-notch the best ever to come to my home. I live in an apartment complex that I love, started to see these beetle type bugs/roaches told my manager she called out All in One Pest Control. Shane is the guy who can put. Super knowledgeable about the beetle type of roaches. It took him only 5 minutes to edge the inside of my studio. He assured me what type of bugs these were and to not worry. I don't have the German cockroaches, I have seen the beetle looking bugs. Never any babies. He called them sewer roaches. They only live in the sewer and for whatever reason they have been coming to the surface and eventually into homes and apartments. I live on top the floor, I told him how I have seen them come from under tue door, my cat likes to play with them a little too rough and I usually find them in my house almost dead, or Shane let me know they don't live long outside of their environment. It's oder free, pet friendly, and besides being extremely knowledgeable about the pests Shane was also very professional. I felt much better after we talked. So far not a great experience. We have had 5 weekly sessions to get rid of our bed bug issue and not only Has it gotten worse, but we hung out outside when the guy came by and he was in and out in UNDER 60 seconds. There's absolutely no way. So we checked our baby camera footage, and sure enough, he didn't even enter the bedroom that has the infestation. So my baby is still getting bit nightly and the problem is getting worse. Money down the drain. This has been traumatizing. We still have a couple sessions yet (so I'm not Going to give them a 1 star) but I'm really hopeful this guy suddenly becomes thorough and finds the root of the actual issue or the nest where they're laying eggs and multiplying. read more

Buyer Beware I do not Recommend All In One Pest control. They said they would clean up under my house and it turned out the fine print said they would only cleanup rakeable cellulose. That was not a good use of $750.00. Very dissatisfied, will never use again read more

Today our technician came out to take care of our service. We have been using this company for many years and have always been well satisfied with all aspects of how they handle their accounts. I just had to comment today because technician, Alzubaldl did the most fantastic detailed job! He went around to several areas with his ladder and destroyed wasp nests that we didn't even know existed on our home. I am giving them a 1 star for a particular reason. After being a customer for 20 years they decided to change up their policy. I am a quarterly client. From day one they ALWAYS emphasized that if a pest returns between visits they come back at no charge. Today I called in with a ant problem and I was informed it would cost me another $35.00 for them to return! Unacceptable! I do know that the owner's children took over the business and if this is their practice they have a lot to learn about customer relations. Five minutes after I declined and hung up they called back and wanted to know if I wanted to cancel subscription instead of trying to work it out with a 20 year customer! Well the answer was YES!!! I have no respect for companies that change policies with NO ADVANCE NOTICE OR REASON! Lots of competitors out there! read more

We had an issue with ants. A real person answered their phone when I called. She was very sympathetic and scheduled us for the very next day. The service technician called when they were ten minutes away as promised, was very pleasant to deal with, and took care of our ant problem. We had a surge in activity that we were warned to expect, but after a few days, that subsided and we haven't seen an ant since that time. They showed up for the 30-day followup and once again were very attentive to our concerns with our pets and the pesticide. Two service appointments and no complaints. read more

I was urgently looking for a pest control company because my renter complaints about rat issue back in 2013. I called a bunch pest control company but this one is the cheapest for 1 time treatment and no contract binding. I went with them thinking I can cancel at any time. they did a great job and I decide to keep using their service so my renter will be happy. It has been 3 years, I've had 2 different tenants live there and none of them ever complaint anything about pest to me. Awesome!! Now my renter moved out and my parents moved in, my parents don't want pest control service, so I just wrote an email to Nicole stating we can cancelling and within 10 min, she told me, all done. Future service cancelled, account deleted, auto pay cancelled. Nothing due. I love how easy to do business with this company. Although I never met them, I feel they provide personal level care. I love the local family run company feeling, I know Nicole and she is always very good, fast responding. The convenience of both setting up and cancellation is something I truly appreciate. read more
