Now I'm older and wiser and decided to hire professionals to spray instead, so I wouldn't have to have anxiety and mini heart attacks every time I'd see a black widow. Looked on Yelp to find a company nearby my parents' home with high Yelp reviews. Good Earth was my first choice. Getting pricing info and making an appointment was seamless with Yelp's messaging system. Kevin was so helpful in keeping me apprised of the process and the appointment time/date. On the day of, Zack showed up promptly and with a smile. I was so surprised when he told me my one-time treatment would actually allow follow-up visits within 30 days. He told me the first treatment would be spraying and then the second treatment would be getting rid of the webs. Wow, what a great deal! Both days Zack was punctual, friendly and professional. We even talked about the celebrities he looks like! (You'll have to meet him in person to guess which celebrity) On the second treatment day, he came armed with a cobweb brush and I actually felt kinda embarrassed because it was like he was doing housekeeping for the spiderwebs! Excellent experience and so far I haven't seen any spiders left! Highly recommend this company. All Clear was one of the two companies that returned my call and thankfully they were able to get a technician out sooner. They sent Grant out a few days later to evaluate our property. Grant let me know ahead of time he was coming so I was prepared. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He evaluated the situation and spent 45 minutes going over my options with me. In the end a lot of what could be done was dependent on me purchasing products myself and doing work but I felt a lot more confident about what to do and how to proceed. His information was extremely valuable and he didn't even charge me for the visit! Several weeks later and the rats are far fewer in number. I would definitely recommend calling All Clear Pest Control for your pest problems.

I called and spoke to Miles Noble, who sold me in one call on what he could do for me, and my problem in my home!!! HE LIED, Every time a tech came out my problem only got worse!!! Every time I tried to call to talk to him he was rude, demeaning, irate, he flat out told me my home was filth, HA, my home is immaculate, it is spic and span anytime of the day or night. He told me if I posted this review he would take pictures of my home and post them on the internet, I told him go ahead, my home is always BEAUTIFUL, I have people here a lot and the first thing they compliment me on for having 6 boys is how amazing and BEAUTIFUL my home is!!! ANYWAY, he was the RUDEST BUSINESS MAN I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!!! AND MY PROBLEM ONLY GOT WORSE!! Kim Noble however is very kind, gentle, and has an amazing spirit, all of his staff does, but he personally should not be in any kind of business, let alone dealing w/customers, he does not have patience, or any gentle way about him, not to mention he is a COMPLETE LIAR, says what you want to hear to get your business and then he tells you a completely different story when you call to see what else can be done. read more

Robert Drake was very nice, professional, and knowledgeable. He came to my door upon arrival to my property and introduced himself and was very polite. He looked at an insect I showed him and told me what it was and talked to me about other insects, etc., that are prominent at this time of the year. When he completed his work, he knocked on my door and gave me the bill and talked with my dog "Brutis" and did what he could to get my dog to know him. I had Tyler come out and service my home a while back and I haven't had a problem since! He made me feel comfortable with the product he used in and around my home to keep those pesky bugs out. I had rats in my attic. I personally am a nature lover and do not like to use chemicals. I would rather live in harmony with the pests than kill them off. However, the rats thought it was great fun to run up and down the roof trusses at 2A in the monring right above my bed. All the pest control companies I spoke with wanted to trap the rats. First time service and Tyler did a really great job. We had a lot of spider webs and cottonwood stuff on the stucco of the house and the ceiling and patio covers and under the eaves. He was very thorough and then he sprayed. So this was our first service. Let's see after two or three month if we have the same issues with the spiders and cottonwood and if the service is as good.
